Location! Just the right location for all attractions, a grocery across and right where all the Christmas markets were.

4pm check-in. Common practice in the industry is 3pm. Our room had exposed rafters, which we had to navigate while moving around. All of us had accidentally bumped our heads at some point on them. You really have to be careful. I wish though that property managers were more helpful with information getting to the property. Traveling from Asia for a month-long vacation, we were lugging 5 heavy large suitcases and 5 carry ons. Arriving by train, we had to drag them on cobblestones for about 1.5-2km to the apartment because taxicab drivers said they wouldn't be able to drive into the street where the apartment was. I thought the wheels on the bags wouldn't survive on the bumpy surface. We discovered too late that "green" vehicles could actually drive through the street and could have dropped us off right in front of the apartment. It would have been so helpful. Finally, minor details such as clearer instructions on how to access the main door. We were given a code to "open" the door. In Asia, if a door had a keypad, the door unlocks once you key in the code. We stood outside keying in the code unsuccessfully for like 10mins until a guest next door passed by and told us it was a key locker that you had to open after keying in the code, where the keys to the door was contained. It would have been more helpful if the property managers provided a whatsapp number to call or message for a quicker response for such incidents.

Great location and well equipped

Great location and really good amenities in the room itself. The living areas were really big so it was perfect for the five of us.

The lack of fans in the bathrooms meant that they were constantly damp and it was difficult to remove any smells. Because of the lack of fan, you could also see some mould growing on the walls. It’s not safe.

The location was perfect! Walkable to everything. Check in was easy.

The furnishings are very low-end. The beds are hostel-quality uncomfortable. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was broken. The dining chairs were very stained and uncomfortable. The windows are all covered with drapes that can’t be opened, making it dark. The accommodations are too basic for the price point.

We liked its proximity to local sites and the living space.

We would have liked an extra set of keys to begin with since there were 4 of us wanting to do differ activities. I also thought there was too much “red tape” having to do with renting the property.

Rundown place very dirty and meets to be fixed up, avoid this apartment!!!

This place is run down, dirty apartment with stains on the walls in the bathroom and water not going down in the tub. Broken shower head that could have been replaced easily but they didn’t bother for some reason and we had to struggle showering every time, the bathroom smelled like urine. The floors are squeaky to the point that you wake each other up walking around the apartment.

Everything was really excellent, the apartment is suitable for groups, in great location with appropriate facilities, 2 bathrooms are a great plus :)

When there is a group of more than 4 people, everyone above will have to sleep in the living room - it is not bad, but the people sleeping there do not really get that much privacy..

Unfortunately our experience with the apartment(s) has been negative

Attic location was perfect as well as spaces into it together with lighting

We found lots of hairs in the Sofa-Bed. The toilet sink was totally obstructed. Water heater was not working too so we had no hot water and no heat in the rooms so they had to move us in another apartment; unfortunately the other apartment was at 4th floor and the elevator was not working for the first whole day. With 4 kids with us and many luggage it has not been easy

This was practically a perfect stay in one of the most beautiful and walkable cities I’ve ever visited.

The location was unbeatable , the hosts super kind and responsive, the apartment was large with everything you’d need stocked - and as a bonus the shower and toilet were in separate rooms, making it easier for a family with four adults and two young children.

It got a bit too hot during the heat wave. There were portable air cons provided which did cool the property nicely, but still it was very hot at night since you couldn’t leave the air cons on all night or anything.

Two bedroom apartment in the heart of Strasbourg at a very competitive rate!!!

The location was absolutely great and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. There was so much more value staying there than the hotels in the area. The process was very easy and the hosts offered very detailed directions on how to access the apartment as well as what the expectations were for arrivel and departure. When we come back to Strasbourg we will look to book this location first!

I honestly cannot say there was anything we disliked about the place.

Location, well equipped, size of apartment

The floor makes a lot of noise especially when walking at night. Bathrooms don't have ventilation, all steamy and damp after showers. Main bathroom sink backs up a bit. It takes rather long time to drain. Living room sliding door needs lubricant to minimize squeaking noise.

Great location and very comfortable apartment in Strasbourg

The apartment is in an excellent, central location in the old town. The aprtment was spacious, tidy and well soundproofed from any street noise. All the facilities that we needed were there. Our visit was for five nights and we were very comfortable throughout. The owners left us a lovely gift on arrival and were very quick to respond to my queries during my stay. We would not hesitate to stay in the apartment again if we were to return to Strasbourg.

There were two showers but one was very small and not practical for us to use. The clothes airing/drying rack was broken and we found it tricky to use for our clothes.

Great Appt location, easy to reach from the Train station and very quiet Appt.

The Appt was not as clean as we would have liked for such a price/night. The bedding and bed linen were good. However, the bathroom was not great and efforts could be made in fixing the shower hanger. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no water pot and the cutlery could be renewed. Overall, our stay was nice but the owners should check from time to time the appt and perform a thorough housecleaning.

Location is very priviledged. Within the old town, very near the main bridges and main cathedral. Great options for restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Very lose to the parking garage (which is rather expensive, but a good near option).

The location was absolutely perfect for us to explore the Christmas markets. It is a gentle 7 min walk from the train station.

no soap in the toilets and kitchen, no tea bags, no extra trash bags / no salt, sugar, oil or other basics to cook / no shower gels and shampoos… not convenient to walk outside to throw the glass bottles, suggest to have a dedicated space in the appartement to put them all

An ok apartment, terrible customer service

A spacious apartment in a great location.

The check-in process through the web page was rather tedious. The requirement to secure a deposit seems to be over the top and is certainly not a standard in the industry. Also, a few days before the arrival I got a message that my booking was cancelled. When I called the helpline the attendant was not able to help me whatsoever, said I’m not in their system and promised to relay the matter to someone else so that they would call me back. Of course, no one called. Only after I wrote them another message, I was told (one day before the arrival) that actually all is ok. And as other reviewers mentioned already, the operation of the code box was sketchy. Sometimes one had to enter it a couple of times before the door would open.
