La propreté, la luminosité, la décoration, l’agencement intérieur, l’air co, la grande terrasse ( malgré les moustiques), le canal ( pour aller courir), l’accueil et la réactivité de l’hôte,…
Place de parking sur place très pratique mais un peu étroite si les 2 logements sont loués. Il manque un peu du matériel dans la cuisine : grande casserole ( pour pâtes), bols pour le petit déjeuner,… Les moustiques 🦟

Appartement très propre, avec la climatisation, et très bien équipé (vaisselle, savon, sacs poubelles...). Situé en bord de canal ce qui est agréable.
Un peu loin du tram (il faut marcher 10 minutes).
