Very nice apartment - we loved everything - from the location to how comfortable and clean it is! We could even find street parking right next to the apartment.
It is not negative, just a recommendation - to include instructions how to activate heated floors into the Manual book. It took us a lot of time to figure out that there is heating in the apartment.

Gefallen hat die grundsätzlich gemütliche und stimmig umgesetzte Einrichtung, auch die Ausstattung ließ fast keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr gemütlich, wenn's nicht zu kalt wurde. Die Lage ist natürlich erste Klasse, man hat nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt.
Es fehlte leider an einem Garderobenständer oder -haken, was gerade in einer teils nassen Jahreszeit (Nov./Dez.) nicht so schön ist, wenn man die nasse Kleidung im Wohnbereich aufs Sofa oder über die Esstisch-Stühle hängen muss. Zudem war der Wohnbereich quasi nicht nutzbar, da er nicht warm genug wurde. Die Wärme verschwand immer durch die Wohnungstür oder die Fenster. Schlafzimmer und Bad war OK.
