The place is renovated and it is tastefully decorated. A very nice, comfortable bathroom.

The apartment was converted from a former commercial space; it is located on the ground floor and features large display windows that extend almost to sidewalk level. These windows are not covered with opaque film. There are blinds, but if you want to limit visibility into the interior during the day, using the blinds results in complete blackout. Ordinary self-adhesive window films would do the job much better and allow you to feel more at ease. That is the thing that definitely was missing. But the rest was very fine and comfortable.

Good location, close to Orangerie. Very responsive owner. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, with easy independent arrival. Supermarket 2 min on foot. Ground floor, no need to climb stairs with suitcases :) Appartement récemment rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Situé dans une rue calme, à deux pas d'une épicerie. Au rez-de-chaussée, facile avec des valises :) Propriétaire très réactif. Très beau papier peint dans la chambre.
