It was in a perfect location near the river. Bed was comfortable. Powerful shower. Clean. Good value for money.

The property was clean; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom facilities worked well; the kitchen was well-equipped; there was tea/coffee provided. There were nice-to-haves like an iron and a hairdryer. There was a decent number of plug sockets. The blinds were blackout which helped with getting a good night's sleep, and it was quieter than I expected given its location - which was convenient for my temporary workplace, the centre of the city and a supermarket with long opening hours.
A few more hangers and a bit more storage space would have been helpful; and a comfy chair would have been nice, but I could use the spare bed for that so that's being picky.

Great location
Not very clean and part of the shower was broken. We called the host to inform them and they said a technician would come to look at it later that day, but they didn’t come. It was still possible to shower but it was quite a shock when the shower fell on my husband.
