L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la grande île et de la cathédrale La propriétaire est très sympathique
Un petit effort pour revoir le ménage et les équipements un peu basiques

La ubicación es perfecta. A unos 100 metros de la catedral de Notre Dame. Rodeado de restaurantes de todo tipo. También hay algún supermercado y tiendas. Ubicación 10. La calefacción funcionó muy bien y el apartamento estaba calentito. Está perfectamente equipado en cocina. La cama principal bien y la del sofá cama un poco dura. Perfecto para una pareja con algún niño.
Hay demasiado ruido. Debajo del piso hay un bar y los clientes hacen mucho ruido y se escucha mucho. Y eso que teníamos las ventanas cerradas porque es invierno. También se oye mucho a los vecinos: los pasos del vecino de arriba. Creo que deberían mejorar el aislamiento. Las escaleras de acceso no son aptas para personas mayores o niños pequeños. Es un edificio muy antiguo y las escaleras de madera son estrechas.
