It was fine.

Not applicable

There was no soap in either shower, the containers were empty. The WiFi never worked. We asked Martin to have soap delivered but it never happened and the WiFi never got resolved. Martin was fantastic at our check in but then communications fell short.

The chair legs in the dinning room were a bit wobbly.

Beautiful flat in a nice and quiet location

Good location with easy access to the tram, within walking distance to the centre, restaurants and shops, spacious living area with lots of natural light and a large balcony. The building was nicely renovated with lifts and wide staircases. The second bedroom had a private bathroom.

The second bedroom was a bit smaller than I expected with little room for storage or hanging space.

Close to everything! Old town, groceries, train station, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Martin was very helpful when we arrived. Would definitely go back!

Everything!! Martin was so helpful and quick to respond to every question. The location was amazing and so close to everything. The furniture was comfortable and plenty of options, it was only 2 of us but could easily accommodate a larger group. I will definitely book this place again!

Fabulous accommodation in Strasbourg and very close to the old town

The apartment was very comfortable and the heating was good for the middle of winter. Very close to town and the tram line was very close. Quiet with no street noise which was amazing given the position. The staff were very efficient.

The heater in the blue bathroom could not be adjusted and was right beside the toilet. You had to be careful!

Great location and lovely unit.

Great location and plenty of room for 4 people

Parking nearby was challenging during the Christmas Markets. My wife is disabled and although there is a lift we still needed to negotiate 2 sets of about 8 stairs. The unit doesn’t suit people in wheelchairs or electric scooters.

Family visit to Strasbourg

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, and Martin was really helpful in telling us about local events, as well as accommodating about check out.

Can't really think of anything- it was extremely hot when we were visiting, but the large fans were very useful.

This apartment was large, airy, beautifully decorated, fully furnished, in an awesome central location, with a fun outlook onto the main shopping area. The building it is in is an elegant, beautiful remodel. I was traveling with my two adult sons and we all found it spacious and comfortable, and perfectly located for seeing the sights of Strasbourg by foot. Martin, our host, was very friendly and efficient, planning ahead, confirming meetings quickly, and charming to work with. He checked us in quickly, offered lots of advice, and met us exactly on time for a quick and simple check out. He also was able to find us garage parking for a small extra fee. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here. It was by far our best stay and value out of 9 locations in Europe.

One tiny warning: the street tram runs outside on a regular basis, but you do get used to the sound.

Memorable holiday trip

Our host Martin was pleasant and professional. He met us at the apartment and did a complete walk-thu with a full explanation of how and where everything was located. Also had wonderful suggestions regarding local shops. The location is perfect being that it is walking distance of the cathedral and the center of town. The area is quiet and just steps away from a local market. The apartment is clean and spacious. And it being a corner unit has lots of light with a beautiful balcony. We trained in from Paris and got a cab from the station to the outer ring of town. From there you can take the tram or walk in. We found it a little cumbersome to use the tram with all our luggage so decided to walk to the unit. On days we took trips out of town, we just walked about 15 minutes to the train station. Overall, a beautiful trip to Strasbourg especially we were there for the Christmas markets. Martin was a fabulous host! I certainly would recommend the property.

Spacious, clean and worked well for 4 people

Halls were a bit dark. Had to remember to turn lights on as you went in and out Kitchen was stocked reasonably well with dishes. Could have used a few more pans and good small knife and it would have been nice to have basic spices
