We stayed only for a few days but loved how close we were to the Christmas markets.

Excellent location in the city. Right near all the action. The property was clean and welcoming. Host was helpful anytime I reached out for support.

Can be a bit noisy all around. The location is an upside but can be also a downside due to the proximity of late night activities. Also the walls are quite thin so you can hear noise from neighbors as well. The shower also didn’t drain very well but was manageable. I recommend at least one or two more towels as well to accommodate for people staying for more than 2 days.

I would not go back

The apartment is well located, but it doesn’t do it all, quite simple. Clean but I would not go back or recommend. I travel a lot andI have apartments that I rent on short terms, I see things differently when I try my best so my guests can be comfortable and get what that have payed for, which was not the case on my stay.

I had a hard time to watch a simple tv channel as TF1, being french and in France, I couldn’t make it. When I tried to manage that with the host he tried to help but the solution was not there, and the end he just gave a very impolite answer. Thought about making some tea but the machine was totally white from calcaire. I would not go back, it was expensive for what we got.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L appartamento è molto carino e dispone di tutto quello di cui una famiglia ha bisogno. Pulizia ottima e posizione perfetta al centro della città. Personale accogliente e molto gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Emplacement central certes, mais c'est bruyant et pas tout à fait aussi propre qu'escompté.

L'emplacement central, logement spacieux et machine à café très bonne.

Le studio est dans un immeuble très bruyant et la cage d'escalier est en très mauvais état. A l'intérieur, on entend tout (de la cage d'escalier à la vie des voisins.) Certains endroits du studio n'étaient pas propres : vaisselle, draps avec des cheveux et des poils dessus...

Dieses Appartment war ein großer Fehlgriff.

Die Phtos auf Booking.com haben einen gewissen Style und Komfort suggeriert. Das wurde überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Die angekündigte Größe des Appartment wurde weit unterboten. Es war außergewöhnlich laut von der Strasse und dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude her. Die Luft im Appartment war stickig und schlecht. Das Treppenhaus war unappetitlich und mit einer alten Couch vollgestellt.

Super basic, gelukkig slechts voor één nacht

Dat het appartement in hartje centrum is.

Het gebouw waar het appartement in zit is erg slecht onderhouden. Het appartement is nog niet zo lang geleden geverfd, maar het is allemaal oud. De badkamer is oud en niet goed onderhouden. Het ziet er allemaal smoezelig uit. Wat wel fijn was: er staat een goed koffieapparaat met bonen.

Apartamento correcto, para dormir en el centro

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Dejamos el coche en el park + Drive Rotonde, y con el tranvía en menos de 10 minutos estábamos en home de Fer, q está al lado de plaza kleber y del apartamento.

El edificio en sí...es algo antiguo, está alojado en un inmueble bastante antiguo, pero el apartamento tiene la zona de estar- dormir muy bien acondicionada. La zona de Office y baño está más descuidada. En Booking ponía q las llaves te las daban en recepción y eso no es correcto. El propietario se pone en contacto contigo, Álvaro muy amable y correcto.

es war sehr warm. die aussicht aus den Fenstern ist an eine andere Fassade und das Lüften brachte nicht viel. Es hatte jedoch einen Ventilator.

Das Apartment ist geräumig und bestens zentral gelegen. Es befindet sich mitten im historischen Zentrum Ingen von zahlreichen Restaurants. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr. Alvero, der Vermieter bemüht sich wirklich großartig für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet.

Im Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage nützlich

La struttura è in centro città

Appartamento sporco. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Il bagno è vecchio e piccolo, si allaga, nel lavandino non c’è neppure il tappo, la cucina è essenziale e poco accogliente. Le tende sono sporche, le finestre sono sporche. Le chiavi sono state lasciate in un posto lurido (vedi foto), in cucina c’erano scope, mocho, secchio con ancora l’acqua dentro, tutto a vista davanti al tavolo (vedi foto), nel letto quasi non c’erano lenzuola (c’era solo un copri materasso consumato e un piumino) (vedi foto), il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno non c’era acqua calda in bagno e quando l’ho detto al padrone di casa lui anziché scusarsi o provare a risolvere il problema, mi ha detto di prendere le mie cose e andare via e io ho dovuto trovare un altro posto dove dormire all’ultimo momento (vedi foto messaggi). Evitate questo posto.

El baño y la cocina bastante cutres, no apetece ponerse a cocinar. La calefacción no se podía regular y hacia mucho calor. El sofá cama horrible, más que descansar parece que te han dado una paliza. La almohada mejor dormir con un cojín. Bathroom and kitchen aren't nice. Can't regulate heater. Second bed horrible, just for backache.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro, rodeada de supermercados, restaurantes y a diez minutos a pie de la estación de trenes. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unos días muy cómodos.

La limpieza puede mejorar mucho.

La situación es perfecta en pleno centro de Estrasburgo y el precio más que razonable.

Falta un poco de limpieza en profundidad, el baño algo antiguo e inodoro sucio, en la cocina echamos en falta un microondas.
