Not with kids...

For those who like old buildings, this is a great place. Also, it doesn't get more central

It's on the top floor, the building is old and the stairs are crazy steep, which doesn't help when you travel with kids. Also, vents from the restaurants are blowing right into the windows in the bathroom, kitchen and in the bedroom. It is really noisy on the street outside, so sleeping with the windows opened might be hard. There was one (electro)guitar player living next door who likes to play between 3am and 5am. The bedroom is on the second floor and as physics dictate, the warm air goes upstairs, so sleeping there is tricky. The payments for the apartment is another challenge as you have to give your card to somebody via a website...

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Appartamento panoramico, stupenda la vista sui tetti con la neve. Non manca nulla.

Un poco complicate le procedure per il check-in e per la cauzione. Non adatto a chi ha problemi a fare le scale.

Gute Unterkunft aber Kaution über SWIKEY eine Katastrophe

Tolle Lage

Die Kaution (300€) über den Anbieter SWIKEY ist sehr nervig. Man MUSS bei An- und Abreise Fotos hochladen, um keine Kaution zahlen zu müssen. Im 4. Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl.

Lage

Wir haben noch nie eine negative Bewertung geschrieben, aber in diesem Fall müssen wir einfach etwas sagen. In unserem Apartment waren tatsächlich Mäuse! Dazu kamen noch Silberfische im Bett und jede Menge Wollmäuse in den Ecken. Das war wirklich alles andere als angenehm. Wir waren zwar ohne Kinder da, aber ehrlich gesagt: Ich hätte meine Kinder auf keinen Fall in der vorgesehenen Schlafnische übernachten lassen wollen – allein wegen der Mäuse. Nachdem wir von einer Wanderung wieder kamen und von Mäusen begrüßt wurden, haben wir beschlossen, einen Tag früher abzureisen, weil es einfach nicht zumutbar war. Der Service war leider unterirdisch. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde nur schleppend reagiert, und eine wirkliche Lösung wurde uns nie angeboten. Die kleine Erstattung, die wir am Ende erhalten haben, kam auch nur zustande, weil wir über drei Wochen hinweg immer wieder nachhaken mussten. Ohne unser ständiges Nachfragen wäre vermutlich gar nichts passiert. Leider wurde uns der nicht genutzte letzte Tag nicht erstattet, und die kleine Entschädigung, die wir bekommen haben, stand in keinem Verhältnis zu dem, was wir dort erlebt haben. Wir möchten niemandem schaden, aber wir würden wirklich jedem raten, sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Sauberkeit und Hygiene sollten selbstverständlich sein – das war hier leider absolut nicht der Fall.

Super séjour a Strasbourg

Le logement est vraiment très bien placé et bien équipé. Rien a redire ! On a pu se garer a proximité de la fac de médecine sur des places gratuites la nuit.

Effectivement l'escalier est difficile prévoyez plutôt un sac a dos qu'une valise parce qu'il est assez raide.

Lokal w samym centrum Starsburga, co jest dużym udogodnieniem przy zwiedzaniu miasta i korzystaniu z gastronomii, jednak problemem przy znalezieniu parkingu.

Piacevole

Posizione centrale, vicina a tanti luoghi d’interesse. Casa luminosa e spaziosa. Cucina attrezzata, divano letto comodo, grande vasca da bagno.

La stanza di sopra è calda ma dispone di un ventilatore. Le scale dell’appartamento sono ripide e se si hanno tanti bagagli diventa faticoso il trasporto. La porta di casa è un po’ difettosa, per chiuderla bisogna insistere un pochino.

Check out a 10h00 ! J’ai réussi à le décaler à 12h00 merci à eux, mais l’équipe de gestion au téléphone comprend des membres certes sympa mais peu formés (selon eux il aurait fallu passer par booking pour décaler l’heure de départ alors qu’une fiche d’accueil mentionnait de les appeler).
