Good for the money

Close to tram. Calm neighborhood.

Bed matress could/should be replaced.. it had a bump which broke my back. Also TV could get an upgrade, you notice is cheap material which doesnt work as it should most of the time

The location is nice and near tram station. The check in is very easy. Just you should follow the David's analytical directions.

Well arranged, suitable for visitors to enjoy the city.

Some walk distance to Tram station, the arrival was a little tough with hige luggage, but not far away to downtown with Tram, good accessibility, no sweet price consider the location but was visiting during the most busy season in Strasboug. The stay was good and we had great time during the stay.

Not a bad place, but a bit pricey for what you get.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend trip to visit the Strasbourg Christmas Market. We booked about two months in advance, and this was one of the only places still in a reasonable price range — everything else was either super expensive or already sold out. The location is pretty convenient: a short walk to the tram stop, and from there about 15 minutes to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice, and the room has big blackout blinds, so it stays dark in the morning if you want to sleep longer.

There weren’t many breakfast places nearby where you can sit down and eat, so that was a bit inconvenient. Even though the area is quiet, the walls of the room are quite thin, so you can hear people outside or upstairs sometimes, and some cars pass through the alley to park. I’m a bit sensitive to noise, so the constant buzzing sound from the bathroom was also annoying — I had to sleep with earplugs, although my girlfriend didn’t mind it. The heating could be better. The only heat source is the AC unit above the bed. It warms up the room if you set it high, but the floor stays cold, and we didn’t want to keep the AC running while sleeping. The bathroom is extremely small — just a toilet, a tiny sink and a shower, with barely any space to move or put toiletries. We ended up keeping most of our things on the kitchen counter instead.

A truly peaceful stay

To begin with the instructions for a self check in were very easy to follow. Met David the next day, he seemed very dedicated to his business and always ready to respond 🙏🏻 The bright colored mini apartment we stayed in was super convenient for 2 people. It was very bright (the automatic shutters were very handy while sleeping) , beautifully decorated and very practical in every aspect. The room, towels, all utilities were spotless clean. Having stayed in various places in Strasbourg, I can say that this was the quietest neighborhood ever. We loved the peace & quiet. Hopefully will keep on coming in the near future.😊

Good option in nice Strasbourg neighbourhood.

Neat ultra modern space in a cool, diverse neighbourhood. Very comfy bed, nice little kitchen, good windows. Super convenient trams nearby.

Be aware that this is a TINY studio, maybe 12 m sq. I don't see any need for a dishwasher when that space could be for a washing machine! Same dimensions for a FAR more useful machine for travellers. Need better window coverings- piercing bright light from motion detector in front of apt building in front of Les Forges is just horrible, floods apartment with light throughout the night.

Perfect place to stay in Strasbourg

A great option for staying in Strasbourg. Very new, very clean, and in a very quiet area. There's nearby parking, and what makes a big difference is the option to rent bikes with the accommodation. With a bike, you can see the entire city in two days. The entire city has bike lanes, and people are very used to them. David is very attentive to your needs and provides excellent advice on anything you might need.

Amazing modern and comfortable stay

The property is new, the interior design is modern, and the bed is comfortable. There is everything one might need completed by small details (coffee, coffee machine, tea, cutlery, TV with Netflix, etc.). The area is quiet and very safe with parking options right outside on the street. The host is very kind and very responsive too. Loved the stay!

Great accommodations to stay

Nice location. 8 minute walk to three train stations. Very new accommodations. Smaller than one might expect, but more than enough space for a few day visit. Half kitchen to cook, if you want. A few close restaurants less than 8 minutes away, but make reservations. If not, again tram takes you downtown quickly. Buy multi-day tram pass, well worth it. If driving, well worth to pay for the parking garage that is associated with the booking.

Splendido monolocale a Strasburgo

Monolocale super accogliente, organizzato molto bene e fornito di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile e letto molto comodo. Per quanto riguarda la posizione: si trova a venti minuti a piedi dal centro e a 300 metri dalla fermata del tram. La comunicazione con David (il proprietario) è sempre stata ottima ed è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile nel rispondere. Assolutamente consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, qui est tout simplement parfait. La propreté est irréprochable et l hygiène du logement nous a vraiment mis en confiance dès notre arrivée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la place de parking, qui est un atout super pratique et qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Un hôte très disponible, qui donne de très bons conseils, ce qui nous a permis de bien profiter de la région. Une adresse et un hôte que nous recommandons à 100% . Práctico

La comodidad para acceder al apartamento, que disponíamos de todo lo necesario y las camas son cómodas. La bomba de calor funciona perfecta y calienta rápido. El techo tenia una apertura y para dormir era interesante. El tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad está a 5 minutos andando y el barrio es muy residencial.

La limpieza estaba un poco regular (me encontré una araña en el baño y pelos en la almohada) así como algunas humedades. Que no tuviera campana extractora, al ser espacio pequeño y carecer de ventana, al cocinar se te puede llenar de humo y solo puedes abrir la puerta (que da a la calle) para ventilar.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Besonders wichtig war mir die schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. David war jederzeit erreichbar und kam sogar einmal persönlich innerhalb kurzer Zeit vorbei, um mir zu helfen, als das Internet auf meinem Handy nicht funktionierte – das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist und nicht jedes Mal den Bus nehmen möchte, ist es ein schöner, aber recht langer Spaziergang zur Wohnung. Vom Bahnhof Straßburg bis zur Unterkunft sind es ungefähr 48 Minuten zu Fuß. Kaffee war ausreichend vorhanden und auch Duschgel/Shampoo wurden bereitgestellt, was sehr angenehm war.

• Das Licht im Schlafzimmer ist sehr hell und es gibt keine Nachttischlampe, was abends ziemlich unpraktisch war. • Der Fernseher hat sich zweimal von selbst eingeschaltet und war dabei sehr laut. Außerdem waren nur französische Sender verfügbar und die Bedienung war recht kompliziert. • wenig Abstellfläche im Badezimmer • Im Wasserkocher und in der Kaffeemaschine war noch Wasser vom vorherigen Gast. • Außerdem lagen Socken auf dem Boden, was ich als ein no-go empfunden habe. • In der Wohnung, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer, war es sehr kalt, der Heizkörper musste immer angeschaltet werden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Dave war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrum, aber dadurch sehr ruhig und man hat eine gute und schnelle Anbindung an die Tram und kann fußläufig schnell Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten erreichen. Es war rundum ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Straßburg und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter ☺️🙏🏼

Das Apartment war sehr schön möbliert eingerichtet, und alles ist unkompliziert am Tag der Anreise und der Abreise verlaufen. Man hat ihm Apartment alles nötige was man benötigt und ist bestens versorgt. Ebenfalls ist es sehr angenehm und ruhig in der Gegend.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Straßburg!

Der Vermieter David ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Er kann einem auch einige Restaurant empfehlen. Super! Die Einrichtung ist modern und schön. Nur das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Aber trotzdem alles sehr sauber.

Tolles Apartment mit guter Anbindung zur Stadtmitte

Das Appartement war komplett vorbereitet, perfekt sauber und ordentlich, Küche war gut ausgestattet und für den Kurztrip völlig ausreichend. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist bequem in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Eine Anmerkung gibt es, uns war die Matratze zu weich, dies ist allerdings eine persönliche Einschätzung, und es hat uns die Möglichkeit gefehlt, in der Nacht ein Fenster zu öffnen, es gibt nur die Eingangstür um Frischluft zu erhalten.
