Highly recommend for families! Beautiful apartment and great location

We felt like we were special guests staying in someone’s beautiful home! The apartment had the nicest feel to it and was decorated beautifully with so many thoughtful touches. The owners are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome! We loved all the Christmas decorations and our kids really loved the toys and the piano. The apartment was really clean and tidy. Great location- the trams were just downstairs and it’s only a short(ish) walk to the main part of Strasbourg. We loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Fabulous apartment with great hosts in a wonderful city

Very well appointed apartment and well maintained. Good location close to the tram lines. Our hosts were very friendly and decorated the apartment for Christmas and also provided us with Christmas treats. We had a great time in Strasbourg

Fantastic location near to the tram. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Spacious living area and good-sized bedrooms. Balcony. Strong flow from the shower!

Excellent service

Exceptional service by owners. Greeted at door, shown around neighbourhood and guided to parking spot nearby. Bottle of bubbly and local coffee provided. Unit was comfortable and well appointed. We cooked and did laundry-all good. 32 degrees outside but with cross breeze no air conditioning needed. Tram at doorstep made access to centre and train simple.

Awaken every morning at 5:30am with noise of first tram and sunlight ( windows open). Suggest sleeping with ear buds

Ideal

The host was very nice, jovial, he explained us like a guide all the basics about Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The apartment is huge and has all the facilities. It is located in a nice area, near the Botanical Garden and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town / Notre Dame Cathedral

Partly unfinished renovated,can not understand so many good reviews

Good size,good kitchen,could check in early

Children toys and old shelves in hallway made living area smelly,toilet extremely small unfinished with gaps and akward step in it,the couches been unusable as they are very dirty and old, sleeping was not possible with windows open due to trambahn,last one 0,30,first one at 4 am!!!

Spacious and clean apartment with wonderful hosts

Spacious, clean apartment in secure building. Easy to navigate the tram which was just outside the building. Comfortable beds and just about everything you needed. Wonderful hosts that met us to show us around the apartment and gave great suggestions for things to do.

The flat is really big, with a great view, located between the centre and a really nice residential area. Free parking right next to the house is a big advantage.

The apartment is spacious, very well appointed ( pictures don't do justice to it) and has a nice location ( tram stop is 50 metres away ).. Marion and Martial are wonderful hosts, very responsive and gracious. We were left a bottle of sparkling wine and Christmas cookies.

Large 2 bed apartment on 7th floor accesible by elevator and stairs with great views of Strasbourg .Excellent facilities. Approximately 25 minutes walk into the old town or a few minutes by tram which stops just near the apartment block.Free parking available.Free wifi. Strasbourg is a lovely city with lots to see. Our host, Marion, was fantastic and very easy to contact if help needed. Highly recommend this property .

Lovely stay

Perfect. Perfect place. Has everything you need, its close to city centre and has free parking. We arrived very late and were lost looking for parking entrance so double check how to get there, but owners were so lovely and came straight after we arrived to give us keys and show us the flat. Its 7th floor flat with balcony and has lovely view. Highly recommend!

Living like a local in a great space in a beautiful city

Friendly host, great location and beautiful views of the city. Restaurants and shopping centre within walking distance. We also walked to the market down the street. Easy use of public transport too.

Very good

Location was great - very close to the tram and grocery stores. Elevator worked perfectly. Host was very gracious and I appreciated the bottle of Alsatian sparkling wine! Apartment was spacious and well-equipped.

Balcony didn't quite have the view I expected (should have asked). Kitchen was very well-equipped but the high-tech appliances were a bit hard to work. Never did figure out the microwave! This is a minor issue which could easily be fixed if the host provided some instructions for basic functions.

Superb

Very clean, spacious apartment. A very thoughtful owner as they provided several drinks to the guests (wine, orange juice, bottled water) and the kitchen is adequately equipped with basic cooking utensils and condiments (think oil, bay leaves etc). Location is good as it is next to the public transportation so you can take either the bus or tram to the city center.

The power sockets are a bit loose as in not properly attached to the wall. May pose a hazard to small children.

Very warm an easy welcome. It has everything you need, including coffee! (Highly appreciated! So many places have a coffee machine but no coffee). Perfect stay, id love to come back. And the bottle of bubbly in the fridge!

Alles Wunderschön im Appartement de l'Observatoire

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist groß und schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt mit Kindern. Unser Gastgeber war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super, der Tram fährt vor der Tür und in 10 min ist man überall und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in Fussnähe. Es war alles perfekt!

L’accueil chaleureux, beaucoup d’explications pour notre séjour. L'emplacement était parfait , nous marchions tous les jours ..sinon le tram passait aussi devant . Le stationnement gratuit juste en face de notre appartement . Vraiment parfait .

Großzügigkeit der Wohnung Eine Flasche Cremant als Geschenk Küchengeräte wie Tiefkühler, Kühlschrank u. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher u. Kaffeemaschine sowie Waschmaschine, Trockner und Föhn sind vorhanden - haben allerdings nicht alle getestet, wie gut sie gehen.

Parken ist nicht so einfach wie beschrieben - man muss Glück haben Kaffeemaschine geht mal u. mal nicht, Licht im Flur war kaputt, Waschbecken in Küche hielt kein Wasser, so dass man Teller einzeln unterm Hahn abspülen musste. TV hat keine deutschen Sender - Fernbedienung war schwach/kaputt

Splendide location dans un beau quartier de Strasbourg.

L'accueil est formidable et les hôtes sont aux petits soins et très disponibles. L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport au Centre de Strasbourg et a une magnifique vue. un salon et deux chambres, c'est la distribution idéale pour une famille. En plus, il dispose d'un parking.

Rien , tout est bien rôdé.
