Good location but too expensive for what it is and parking not included is 10 minutes away

- Very good location in center Strasbourg -Clean

-The parking is not included in the price (which is very expensive and is not at all nearby - 10 minutes walk!- Besides you need to get the key for the parking in a third location. Rather park in the parking bateliers, which is less expensive if you do not leave the car the whole day and much closer. The manager did not even tell me the parking was far away when he knew I was arriving late with two small kids. I found by myself the closer parking. -The manager is quite responsive before you arrive but not at all during. -The building is very noisy.People came back screaming in the middle of the night. I think other people in rented flats as they have all codes.

great location. parking is very close by. the kitchen has everything you need.

The street is quite noisy, especially starting at 5 am. Also, the restaurant under the apartment is currently undergoing renovation, so you will have to wake up early.

Arriving by car and parking very difficult, apartment fairly good but needs some improvement

Stylish, good a/c, excellent location. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good bed linen.

The bedroom is tiny, only enough room for one ‘bedside table’ that had to be placed behind the bed, with one lamp that was unusable because it flickered. Beware if you come by car, the ‘private parking’ is an 8 minute walk from the apartment, and you cannot reach the apartment by car to unload except before 11am. In addition, the key to the car park must be collected from yet another address. Many different door codes and complicated presses of remote control buttons are involved before you have parked the car and arrived in the apartment. We took an hour to navigate no-entry streets, collect the car park remote control and park the car. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but no plug in the sink or bowl, therefore difficult to wash dishes. No instructions for washing machine, a guide to the programmes would be useful. The balcony extends to and is shared with the apartment next door, which was inhabited by a group of noisy young men who sat outside drinking until midnight. Very steep staircase for access, though there is a lift. Bathroom towels are well past their best with frayed edges.

Extremely disappointed with lack of communication & cleanliness

Cleanliness & communication! What we assume was dirty linen & towels left behind. I sent a message immediately but I didn’t receive a reply for over 48 hours! They said they would collect it but it was basically too late as we were leaving the next day. The shower did not drain properly & it was necessary to turn the shower off during a shower to prevent overflowing. I received no reply to my second message to tell them not to bother collecting linen & about the shower.

Great location - would stay again

Great location, elevator was super helpful for the stroller, a/c kept it cool when it was muggy outside. We ran into a few issues (broken fridge, AC not working) when we first checked in but they were resolved immediately (within a few hours)

Nice place but pain to use parking

Great location, balcony, good communication. If you request parking you need to know it is 8 minutes walk to the property and to pick up remote you need to drive to 3rd location.

Smell in the property, not sure if it was sewer smell in the bathroom, but we keep windows open.

We had a lovely stay after our initial frustrations

The location was amazing so close to the centre square

We were supposed to receive an email detailing codes to enter the property. This did not come through I tried to make contact with the owner upon arrival but no answer. We were left outside in the street in the cold for an hour waiting. I had to go to the information centre to get some assistance The property needs some repairs

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city! Would definitely rent this again!

Very clear apartment. Nice place. Love the location. Mostly well put together. The sofa bed is one of the more comfortable.

Would have appreciated a little earlier information about check-in as during travels we weren't sure we'd have internet. Little things like the air conditioner making noise or no wine opener in the apartment were slightly inconvenient. Information on how to run the washer/dryer (it has a lot of settings but no booklet) would be useful as would having a dishwasher but these are very minor things and didn't impact our enjoyment of the apartment or the city.

Top location. Spacious. Pretty rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a lovely apartment.

Old wooden floor posing a risk of getting splinter under the skin. We had to pull out splinters from 2 kids feet. No chopping board and dim light in the living room.

Exceptional location, a few meters behind the Cathedral, in the historical center. Restaurants and touristic sites very near. Very good communication with the owner.

Good amount of room. Ac units in every room.

Couple of the ac units would periodically growl, which can wake you up. One bedroom faces a courtyard with a loud electric. Other 2 bedrooms face the quiet street. Double pane windows do an ok job isolating noise from the restaurant below.

The host dealt with the problem very quickly. And 30 minute extension of the check-out time is allowed, so kindly!!

On the ground floor, there is a garbage storage room. Terrible foul smell, and lots of flies. They will accompany you when you enter the elevator. I live on the third floor with a balcony. Except for the big TV and air conditioner, the equipment is old. If you want to get 9~10 points, you need improve!

The appartement had a lot of light and a lovely terrasse.

The front door to the apartment locked electronically but there was no deadbolt on the inside. With two small children sleeping on the living room couch/foldout bed a deadbolt is safer.

Superb

The location is excellent! The apartment has a pretty big balcony, it was lovely to enjoy some breakfast and quietness in the morning. Self check-in and check-out are also extremely easy thanks to the fact that the door had a pin code.

Th only thing that is missing is a clothes rack, but some hangers are provided.

Had a really good time

A code was needed for the main door and the apartment door so no keys to be responsible for. The location of the apartment was really good. A lot going on around the area. No far to walk to a lot of the areas of interest. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Had everything you would need for a stay.

Exceptional

Excellent one bedroom apartment, only a 5 minutes walk away from the Strasbourg cathedral. Spacious, very clean and fully equipped. In case you want to cook, there is an Auchan supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot. We requested a baby cot as well and it had a very comfortable mattress, which is rare when travelling. Unfortunately, we were too tired to use the balcony in the evening, but it is a nice plus. Although the apartment is in an old building it seemed very quiet, as we could only hear noise from the staircase, but not from the other apartments. You can get a very good night's sleep here. Tip: The restaurant downstairs has great food and excellent wine - very much worth spending one evening there after a full day.
