Inconvenient self check-in and check-out process

Spacious apartment. Good location because it’s not very far from the centre and close to the parking of st.Nicolas which is very convenient if you have a car. If you need to park your car for a few days, the cost of the parking is affordable, and if you make an online reservation you can get in and out whenever you want during your reservation period.

The experience and the process for self check-in and check-out was really disappointing. If you need to check in after 09:00 pm you need to walk 550 m away to the centre to collect the keys. For the check out you have to do the same. There is one more option to collect the keys from a place that it’s closer (about 200 m away) but it’s available only until 09:00 pm, and you need to choose one of the options. I requested to leave the keys after check out in the place that it was closer but the denied me. Very inconvenient process.. I have booked the apartment for four people and when I checked in I was looking for the extra sheets and towels for over an hour. There is no customer service after 09:00 and I couldn’t communicate with anyone. Finally I found the extra sheets stored in a place that at first sight you couldn’t understand that it was a store place. It seemed like a mirror but behind it there was a store place. The booking was for four people, so the sofa could be ready. Also the sofa was totally uncomfortable, very bad mattress. The heating of the apartment was good, but when we check-in the apartment was very cold and it took time to get hot. There were three too many instructions for check out about where you put the garbage, the towels, etc.. There is no option to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Great location for iur needs, cosy and secure.

the apartment was in a really good location very close to the Port de l’Hôpital tram stop and very close to the Science app. Easy access to the main île with the tram or a short walk. Well furnished and very cozy. The pick up process with the keys is also very simple

A few little maintenance things needed fixing. Advised but were not repaired while we were there. E.G the toaster didn’t work.

Carnevale a Strasburgo

Lo staff molto competente, la casa completa di tutto, qualsiasi confort che si cerchi c'è in questo alloggio. Punto interessante per gli spostamenti tra la fermata del tram a 20mt e le varie attrazione che si possono visitare a Strasburgo.

Purtroppo il letto e i cuscini sono risultati molto scomodi(siamo molto alti) ma ovviamente sono gusti personali. Non c'è nulla da dire per il resto della casa

Un super séjour

Un appartement très bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et du centre-ville. L'appartement est très bien agencé, lumineux et bien isolé. Nous avons eu un problème avec la box internet mais l'agence de conciergerie gérant l'appartement a été très réactive. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Tout était bien et propre!

Le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné et ça nous a coûté des frais supplémentaires d’utilisation des données! Il manquait d’informations concernant l’utilisation du lave-vaisselle nous sommes nord-américains nous avons longuement cherché le bouton démarrage du lave-vaisselle! L’accès au clé devrait être plus facile!
