Het is een prima locatie voor een stedentrip Straatsburg. Uitzicht op de Notre-Dame omdat het appartement op de 4e etage is. Volledig ingericht appartement met moderne keuken en 1x badkamer, maar meubilair en slaapkamers wel in een antieke stijl. Droger en wasmachine aanwezig. Een slaapkamer beschikt over eigen Bad en Wastafel. Lift aanwezig. Bij appartement hoort 1 parkeerplek voor auto naast het appartement in parkeergarage. Winkels en restaurants in directe omgeving op loopafstand.
Wij waren in de hitte golf van juni 2026 in Straatsburg. Het woongedeelte heeft geen vaste airco en stond er één mobiele unit. De slaapkamers hadden een airco, maar deze hadden helaas onvoldoende capaciteit (cq functioneerde niet goed) en was het dus erg warm op de 4e etage om te verblijven. De communicatie verloopt via Cotoon en Swikly. Op zich allemaal duidelijk, maar wel bewerkelijk met foto’s bij aankomst en vertrek moeten insturen.

Locatie was erg goed. Je liep binnen een kleine 10 minuten naar de kathedraal.
De zithoek was gedateerd en de stoelen en bank waren flink doorgezakt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt, um schnell mitten in der Stadt (am Münster) zu sein. Der Kanal und die Fußgängerzone liegen quasi direkt nebenan. Die Lage im vierten Stock ist aufgrund des Fahrstuhls nicht weiter tragisch. Dafür hat man eine tolle Aussicht in Richtung Münster.
Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist sehr eng (Achtung mit den Spiegeln). Die Tischdecke des Esstisches hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
