Location great but property needs a bit of love.

Location was excellent but the property isn’t a 9. Host was very nice meeting us on arrival.

To access upstairs is very difficult, my kids didn’t take their luggage upstairs as it’s too hard / dangerous. Young children or elderly could not use these rooms. Shower / toilet very small, basically just a room each, not a bathroom. No lift also. Fair rating is 7/10. Those expecting a 9 like I was will be disappointed

Excellent location, comfortable stay.

Excellent location. It is on the river Ill and a short walk from the cathedral. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a bus stop just un front and a tram stop a short distance away. The hostess was very friendly and pleasant. She responded to all our requests and queries immediately. She also spent some time with us giving us a few tips about Strasbourg.

Our stay was comfortable. It had all the facilities as advertised, but the apartment was missing a few things (compared to other apartments I have stayed in. For example, for a short stay I expected a salt and pepper shaker. Th oven was not very clean, though acceptable. There was soap dispenser but the soap dispenser in the toilet attached to the main bedroom didn’t have any soap. To be fair the soap dispenser in the attached bathroom had soap, so that wasn’t a problem. (I am sure if we had asked for soap to be filled, they would have). These are a few things that led me to rate it 3, instead of 4.

Good location, Carrefour only in a few minuits walk, easy to take a tram with a bus stop right in front of the apartment. Excellent for a family or a group of friends

The apartment was in a perfect location but it was quite noisy the nights we were there.

There wasn't a breakfast but we were not expecting there to be one. The host was very friendly and was helpful when we were a bit lost. It was a perfect location and we were so happy there was somewhere to park our car.

It was a disappointment that the entrance to the apartment was right through our bedroom so anyone coming in late had to come past our bed to get the rest of the apartment. The bathroom off the main bedroom was very very small and especially the hand washing basin - it was difficult to get washed without getting water all over the floor.

I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

The location was excellent: close to everything, and very quiet. We loved that there was a bakery just below the apartment, a fabulous wine bar around the corner, and a grocery store nearby. The parking was also very convenient.

The apartment did not have any tea or any soap in the upstairs bathroom.

Strasbourg is a very beautiful and clean city; same as our accommodation.

Host was on leave, but contacted us day of arrival & departure to check-in with us. Location of the appartment: very close to the city centre, and very quiet. Clean, cosy and sufficient space for the 3 of us.

I cannot think of anything we did not like ;-)

Fabulous - Emmanuelle made us feel at home and she was happy to do anything to help.

Location was fabulous. Parking was a great bonus. Really easy walking to Christmas Markets, Petit France, Michelin star restaurants & Strasbourg Cathedral. Much nicer than staying in the busy centre and you get a sense of being a part of the local scene. Quieter residential area and more peaceful. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, boulangerie and cafes. The host, Emmanuelle is really lovely and very accomodating. The apartment was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the kids had their own space. Kitchen was functional and had what we needed. We did not cook in the kitchen, just warmed up bread or pastries in the oven.

The stairs from the front entrance as we had many suitcases to carry up 2 flights of stairs. No lift access. It's an ol building so everything creaks but also adds to the charming character.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and so are the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and the bed sheets are quality material and fresh. The location is the best in Strasbourg, right in the center, with a quiet inner yard and private parking. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with restaurants, a great view of the river and within a walking distance from all the main Strasbourg attractions. Emanuele is a great host, very friendly and eager to help.

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la ville, le parking apporte un réel plus pour les voyageur

L'atout principale réside dans la situation de l'appartement permettant de profiter pleinement de Strasbourg. L'appartement est calme et silencieux. L'amabilité des propriétaires désireux de nous faciliter notre accueil et aux petits soins durant notre séjour. Toujours aimable et en capacité à proposer des solutions. L'appartement est agréable, et la pièce de vie dispose d'un beau volume.

Une des salle d'eau de la chambre principale est borne (sans fenêtre) et la disposition impose de passé par la douche pour aller aux toilettes. L'accessibilité aux deuxièmes étages est une difficultés avec un bébé, les escaliers sont raides. Les portes coulissantes sont assez maigre pour séparer la pièce de vie de la chambre. Rien de rédhibitoire mais qui mérite d'être relevé pour permettre tout à chacun d'avoir un peu plus d'info sur le logement.

Charmantes Apartement in bester Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben uns als Familie in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist an Herzlichkeit nicht zu überbieten, wohnt nebenan und steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich sind die Schlafzimmer in den Dachkammern, praktisch die beiden Bäder. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Gebäude, man blickt durch große Fenster auf einen schönen Hof mit vielfältiger historischer Architektur. Reist man mit dem Auto an, steht es in dem Hof sicher. Gleich nebenan und ein paar Häuser weiter sind zwei sehr gute Bäckereien. Zum Zentrum mit der Kathedrale sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, selbst zum Europaparlament läuft man nicht lange. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Wer in Straßburg schön und zentral wohnen möchte, sollte sich für dieses Apartment entscheiden.
