Excellent apartment

Ideal location and very comfortable

The key box on a rail outside the property was impossible to locate in the dark and without a torch pressing in the code would have not been possible if someone with a phone torch had not helped. It would have been better if the key box had been outside the apartment door. The 54 steps up to the apartment was a challenge!

Amazing apartment so beautiful and clean that we did not want to leave. We have enjoyed our stay a lot and would return. It was very clean and spacious and also very close to everything you could walk anywhere. The host was very helpful. The room were quite big and the bathroom súper clean. The kitchen had everything you needed including very good coffee.

A very good apartment for visiting Strasbourg

The apartment ticked every box for our 4 day stay in Strasbourg. Although it is located at the northern tip of the island, it is a comfortable walking distance from the main sites of interest and shopping streets. Situated on the quay, we had a lovely view of the river. It is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Yes, there are three flights of stairs and no lift, but this proved not to be a major concern, especially as the stairs are wide.

Exception department and the beautiful city would absolutely recommend

Really lovely location on the quayside and a traditional architecture/style with plenty of character. The apartment was a good size and the terrace got lots of sunshine. It also was nicely furnished and felt like a real home rather than a generic serviced apartment. Eric and his team were very responsive and helpful both before our day and during.

Some of the utensils in the kitchen were missing or a bit old and we couldn’t lock the door to the terrace.

Highly stressful and not a comfortable stay.

Apartment was nice and clean and seemed pretty well appointed. Location is on the island city center so very good and has a pretty view of the river.

Our arrival to Strasbourg was delayed due to traffic issues. I messaged Pierre, the host that was to meet us, and was told that he could not wait and if we arrived after 6 we would have to wait until much later to gain access to the apartment. Having no alternative, we rushed, and pulled into the packed parking garage in an unfamiliar city. Because of the timing, I left the rest of my party there and having no idea where I was and terrified I would miss the deadline, my daughter and I ran to the apartment. Pierre very quickly reviewed the apartment, making sure to tell me that if there were issues, call the owner not him, he could not help us. During the review, Pierre did mention the hot water and electricity might go out and showed me the instructions on how to restart it. I had no idea that we would have hot water problems several times during every shower for the duration of our stay. I guess the fact that they actually had taken the time to print restart instructions with photos and tape to the hot water heater should have given me a clue. Obviously this was a known issue that was not divulged prior to our stay. As a note, if you are traveling during the Christmas markets, be aware, you park in a garage off the island and have to go through a security check onto the island. This adds a bit of time especially if you have luggage. Also, the apartment is a 3rd floor walk up which I knew but the stairs are very narrow and steep.

Amazing accommodation, highly recommend

The location and facilities, flat had absolutely everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable

The communication from the property was chaotic, several booking.com messages and the contacted by WhatsApp. All asking the same questions multiple times. Everyone was polite and fine however just a little frustrating and when I expressed this to Pierre on the Friday I felt it was dismissed. Hoping this feedback helps rather than being critical

the property is well located and we were greeted personally with the keys. good directions given as to where's best to park. very well equipped apartment had, everything you need.

there was hair in the shower and a strange smell. the shower didn't drain well so had to wait for the water to go before opening the shower door or the bathroom would flood. the door to the balcony also didn't lock.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. We stayed with our 1 year old and the apartment had everything we needed (high chair, cot and even a baby bath!!). Eric is a responsive and kind host, who took the time to contact us prior to travel to warn us of some rail strikes and explain other options.

Kitchen was inadequately outfitted for cooking. Appliances were fine. Proper pots, pans, utensils, ... needed for cooking complete meals were lacking. Maintenance and cleanliness was spotty.

the apartment is amazing! It is perfectly suited for a stay in Strasbourg...the location is directly at the river in a quite area, but in 5min you are already in the centre...the balcony is really big and you can enjoy breakfast or dinner on it without a problem...it looks also very nice, the painted walls as well as the pictures, every details is perfectly chosen and it is very stylish...the size of the apartment is also optimal..we stayed with 4 adults and we had plenty of space...the beds were great too and also the kitchen is completly equipped, even with nespresso capsels and we missed nothing...

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment and highly recommend it to others.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The location is ideal as well - walking distance to the train and the city center. Communication with the apartment owner and others who help manage the apartment was very easy. Everyone was accessible and accommodating.

The street was noisy on Saturday night, but when we closed the windows, the noise level diminished.
