Great apartment in nice location

We were two couples +2 infants and there was enough space for us. The apartment is quite close to the city center, next to is there are railway lines, but it was not noisy at all.

Parking could be problematic. Next to apartment there are a lot of parking places for which you have to pay. As far as I've understood you can pay 35€ and stay for 2 days, which was fine with us. But then smth happened and we've got two fines every day 17+17 € on top of 35 Eur which we already paid. So better figure out how it works in advance.

The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to the city center within 10-15 minutes. Before arrival we received a manual, with useful tips. We liked that very much. We enjoyed the stay very much.

On site parking is unfortunately subject to charges. But unfortunately there is nothing you can do. For the stay we would have liked more towels. Otherwise, everything top.

Terrible customer service

The location is good and the apartment quite modern.

From day one until the and of our stay we didnt have a hot water and the heating system didnt work. After first initial instructions from the owner (which were useless) he stopped picking up the phone. we stayed with small kids and elderly in the cold apartment without possibility to take the hot shower. Terrible customer service. I dont know how people like this can run the business like this. Avoid this place! btw. i even organized my French speaking friend to talk to the owner because they dont know any other language than French. Booking.com couldnt also help…

dirty , stinky flat with awful non compfotabke beds and lack of hot water.

all positive review of this places are false. if you really visit this awful place you won’t find anything positive

first of- location is awful - dark and dangerous with lots of drunken people. trains are passing by. parking is small and expensive. Second -entry to the flat is uncomfortable and DIRTY. Third - flat is dirty. Very bad cleaning if any. Dirty and stinky refrigerator. All over flat terrible smell of tobacco , which really disturbs you. Broken window blinder on couple of windows. Small and uncomfortable WC. NO hot water. Bed linens are not clean and so cheap you would sleep there well. Stay away from this crooks for you and your money safety

Great stay for the Strasbourg Christmas Markets 👍🏼

Great location with a Carrefour Express nearby. Only 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Christmas Markets. Comfortable beds and the TV had Netflix too 👍🏼

There were kids hanging around nearby making some noise, however they weren’t any trouble and it is definitely a safe area.

Family friendly - nice choice

Everything was so tidy and clean. The house is quite big, except for the bathroom. It is very close to the train station and the center of Strasbourg is easily accessible on foot.

You can hear the train sometimes, but only if you are a light sleeper.

Agréable malgré plusieurs désagréments sur place

L’appartement était propre et bien situé par rapport au centre de Strasbourg. Tout est à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour !

L’appartement n’est pas du tout bien isolé. On entends tout (voisins marchant dans les couloirs et bruits extérieur). Certains coussins étaient tachés. La douche n’est pas pratique du tout (bouchon d’évier cassé). Niveau qualité/prix, je suis quand même assez déçu car la qualité, malgré la beauté de l’appartement, ne suit pas…

Propreté et hygiène plus que douteuses et équipements défaillants

L' emplacement

-Hygiène de l 'appartement : literie très sale , oreillers et draps tachés. Nous avons dû passer l 'aspirateur en arrivant sur les matelas .Rideaux sales -Présence de champignons au niveau du mur de la cuisine. -Fuite à la chaudière faisant du gouttes à gouttes très désagréable. -Il manquait des draps à notre arrivée. -Absence de gels douche alors que l anonce précisait cette mise à disposition -Télévision à écran plat que nous n 'avons pas pu regarder car impossible de trouver la télécommande ( le propriétaire prévenu ne savait pas où elle se trouvait ) -Chaise cassée ... Nous n avions pas lu tous les commentaires mais à ce jour nous venons de voir que toutes nos remarques étaient déjà citées depuis 2024 voire 2023 ... Comment cet appartement peut être encore sur booking,?

Nous devons pas avoir le même sens du mot ménage et encore je parle pas des rideaux et coussins

Souris dans l appartement et on nous a laissé comme ça jusqu au lendemain aucun geste commercial du propriétaire le ménage fait vite les draps,rideaux,coussins devrait être changés car tachés de taches jaunes et pour les souris il a fait venir un dérasitirateur le lendemain et on déposé au 4 boitiers dans l appart malgré qu il était étonné car aucune plainte avant nous fuiyez cet établissement

À part les désagréments relatifs aux odeurs, l'appartement est fonctionnel, bien décoré et bien situ

Les consignes reçues en amont de l'arrivée ont été claires et faciles à appliquer pour entrer.

Problème d'écoulement de l'eau au niveau du lavabo de SDB et très forte odeur d'égout dans l'appartement. Pensant que c'était le siphon du tuyau d'évacuation du lave-linge qui était à sec et de ce fait qui laissait passer les odeurs, j'ai rajouté de l'eau mais le tuyau était déjà plein, d'où suspicion d'une canalisation bouchée quelquepart. Manque des verres à vin blanc d'Alsace. Quelques verres seraient appréciés pour déguster correctement un bon vin blanc acheté à la cave des hospices de Strasbourg.

géographiquement bien placé

souci de chaudière . nous sommes arrivées un soir de janvier , il n ´y avait ni eau chaude ni chauffage . la personne au téléphone me dit de faire des manipulations avec la chaudière ( je ne suis pas chauffagiste et c’est à mon sens : Des responsabilités ) il dit ne pas être le propriétaire mais va l’appeler et me recontacte . A ce jour personne ne m’a rappeler . je me suis débrouillé comme j’ai pu avec des tutos youtube . de plus la chaudière mural fuit , il faut mettre des récipients dessous . J’ai réussi à avoir eau chaude et chauffage après manipulation mais au lendemain c ´était de nouveau le même problème . Les taies d ´oreillers blanches sont jaunies .
