Good location, plenty of space, clean

The entrance was unclear and hard to find. There was no elevator from the ground floor, and there was no room cleaning service provided before checkout.

everything was great at the house apart from the very negative experience I had at the beginning wich you will find it below

YOU NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE EXTRA 300 EUROS FOR SECURITY DEPOST. That was very unpleasant as this is not very clear before booking and only realized it when I was there. It was difficult for me to manage to make payment with paypal as I do not own an account. At the same time I was receiving automatic message from the host that I will not get the key if I dont pay while at the same time I could not cancel my booking and get back my refund. That was very frustrating. I had to contact booking.com to ensure that its safe to make a payment and I had to make arrangements with friends from abroad to pay the security deposit. Booking.com should not have allowed this practice as it is not clear that its obligatory to make extra deposit. They could simply use our credit cards in case of a damage.

Superb

Great apartment with everything you need in a great location. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Check-in was easy.

A couple things were broken in the apartment and need to be repaired (broken glass light fixture in bedroom, floor skirting lifting, bathroom mirror light not working, shower leaking). Would have been nice to have some coffee for the coffee machine. Also some throw blankets in the lounge area would be nice.

Great central apartment for groups

Great location, kitchen fully equipped. We were a group of 5 and there was more then enough bedding, pillows and towels. Very spacious. Email explained well how to get into the apartment.

Great location

This is the second time I stayed in this apartment. It's very conveniently located and really good for three or four people. The kitchen is well equipped.

The sofas in the living room are not very comfortable to sleep on.

Fabulous

A spacious place and a convenient location close to sights and a shopping mall with a good supermarket. Great for a family visit. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked two dinners there, there are spices, oils, and salt and pepper provided.

Getting into the flat was a nightmare: the email we got indicated the wrong street (there are two similar sounding streets in Strasbourg) and the link to the pdf with instructions was broken. So we spent 1.5 on the phone with the people from the renting company trying to figure out what the problem was (the people on the phone were extremely helpful though). Also there is a complicated deposit system requiring one to have Paypal of which one doe snot know in advance before booking. We would not have taken this flat if we knew about it in advance.

Super pratique et spacieux

L’emplacement, l’appart etait relativement propre, le nécessaire de linge etait fourni, le netflix compris, la salle de séjour très grande, tout le matériel fourni, la grande cuisine avec sa petite fenêtre qui donne vu sur la salle de séjour. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Juste la douche qui laisse passer de l’eau ainsi que l’accès a l’ascenseur qui se trouve au 1er étage

Buena opción, máximo para 4 pasajeros

Buena ubicación. Cerca de la estación central y del centro histórico. Puedes in caminando a ambos. Centro de compras a 50 m Buen equipamiento de cocina. Y amplia sala de estar

Para 6 personas un baño es poco. En el ingreso hay un piso por escaleras. Recién tiene elevador en la primer planta. Para 6 personas la disponibilidad de camas no es buena. Tiene un dormitorio y en el living dos sofá cama.

Ottima la posizione , pulizia negativa !

La posizione molto vicino alla stazione ed al centro di Strasburgo . Fermata del tram proprio di fronte all’ingresso del palazzo.

Informazioni poco chiare per poter raggiungere l’appartamento una volta entrati nel portone . Ma la cosa che non mi è piaciuta per nulla è stata la pulizia ! La pulizia della stanza lascia molto a desiderare , c’era polvere vecchia ovunque per non parlare sotto i letti ed il divano . Appena entrati c’era un odore di spezie orientali probabilmente chi c’era stato prima aveva cucinato pertanto l’appartamento non era stato pulito come si deve . Tavolo e mobili ancora unti , abbiamo dovuto pulire noi per poterci stare decentemente . Trovo assurdo che non solo non ci sia stato nessuno ad accoglierci ma ancor di più assurdo che dopo i tanti soldi spesi per soli 3 notti nessuno controlli l’appartamento prima dell’arrivo di un nuovo ospite.
