Glad I found this apartment!

The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The train station is about 10 minutes walk so when we arrived we wheeled our luggage to the apartment. Patrice’s instructions were good. The apartment itself was a nice surprise, modern and very clean. Really good bathroom and 4 towels for the two of us for 3 nights. Space in the drawers to store our toiletries, which isn’t common in many places. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but it seemed to have everything you’d need if you cooked, including a dishwasher. We did use the washing machine (brought our own laundry sheets). The living area was a good size for two people, and the table was a good size. We used both bedrooms and the beds and linen were very comfortable. We were able to sign in and out of our own Netflix account while there.

There isn’t much to say that’s negative! The lift is very small, two people and two luggage bags was a tight fit, but it worked well. It would have been difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. The beds took up most of the space in the bedrooms and there was very little space between the ends of the beds and the walls. Photo is of the larger room with the slightly bigger bed. Didn’t matter to us because we had a room each.

comfortable basics to support the exploration of a beautiful city.

An easy walk into Petite France, good cafes and restaurants hand(must reserve). The dinning table was big enough to accommodate a sit down meal. Access to the property was easy with codes and a reasonable sized lift. good bakeries and supermarkets close.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for our fifth group member, for a whole week, the other beds were excellent.

Great Location in Starasburg

If you are going to Starazburg for the first time like us, if you are thinking whether to rent a car or walk, think no more! The property is easily accessible with your suitcases when you get off the intercity train. You will easily follow the host's instructions for entering the house. Once you are unpacked, you are ready to explore the city, so close to the historic squares that you will not find it difficult to walk and you will be able to reach the house easily if you need anything. The house is warm and clean, the owner will answer every message, thank you Patrice. Also the sheets and towels are white and clean, the pull-out sofa bed is comfortable, do not hesitate.

Details that are not important for us at all, no view but spacious, elevator is very narrow, only one bathroom if you are a large group...Fortunately, we were a group of compatible friends :))))

Lovely apartment, close to the city centre.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable, modern, spacious and located very close to the city centre. Parking is easy - the underground parking at the Museum of Modern Art is new, clean and safe, not more than 200 meters away. It is also possible to stop the car in front of the building to load/unload or leave it there for some time. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. The area around is quiet but safe. Nice restaurants are nearby (e.g., Schnockeloch) and two good bakeries are only five minutes walking distance away.

Very convenient and functional

Spacious apartment, close to center and all attractions. Parking garage is also close and not expensive. interior quite new and very spacious. Well-equipped kitchen with many plates and all you need to cook. Clean and functional.

The area is a bit rough at night especially since we arrived late and wasn’t sure about the exact location. Seeing the road to the apartment was blocked, we made a few rounds but there is no way to pull close we ignored the sign and drove in! Other stuff - poor WIFI, smaller hand towels and bath gel could be provided. Also all the pans were chipped and the shower holder was broken… small things but these should have been checked every time after guests check-out.

Extremely comfortable and convenient location

The apartment is convenient to the city centre and has public parking nearby. For 2 people it was spacious although in theory could accomodate 6 (in approx 50m sq). Kitchen is fully equipped and we appreciated the presence of a washing machine after days of travelling. Instructions to reach and access the property were clear and precise.

Die Wohnung hatte nicht die Sauberkeit die meine Erwartungen entsprach. Im Kühlschrank war einfach etwas schimmelartiges oder so. Und die Wohnung war halt staubig. Ich hatte hohe Erwartungen und da die Sauberkeit nicht stimmte, war das für mich ein sehr großer Minuspunkt. Man konnte sich da wirklich mehr Mühe geben

Excelente joya a unos pasos de las atracciones turísticas de Estrasburgo!

El apartamento está recién remodelado, camas muy cómodas, incluyendo el sofá cama. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para preparar comida. Pequeño pero con una excelente distribución que lo hace sentir amplio. La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos del parqueo público y de la Catedral de Estrasburgo. A 5 min de la Petite France, y a media cuadra de un supermercado. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Las almohadas eran muy aguadas, nada que no pueda mejorarse comprando unas nuevas....

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt

Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Ausstattung ist überaus praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Frühstücksmesser fanden wir unpraktisch, den Wäscheständer konnten wir nicht aufstellen. Aber vielleicht liegt das auch an unseren mangelhaften Feankreich-Kenntnissen ... ;-)

locatie is centraal gelegen en heeft alle faciliteiten

De locatie is vlakbij het centrum van Straatsburg gelegen waardoor het een goede uitvalsbasis is om Straatsburg te bezoeken. Het is een mooi en schoon appartement en de eigenaar reageert snel. Er zit een mooie, ruime keuken in, een badkamer met alle faciliteiten (inclusief wasmachine) en een ruime zitkamer met eethoek. De parkeergarage is op loopafstand en goed bereikbaar.
