With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (+ possibility bed (s) Baby) or 5 beds for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- 3 very comfortable rooms with a bed of 160 x 200 cm (duvet and 4 pillows), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe and LED TV 80 cm in 2 rooms; high quality bedding.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Christine met us for check in and walked us through how everything works. It was extremely helpful. The apartment is very well set up and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you choose to. There are plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate larger groups as well as a large dining table.

This gem is located in a quiet northern suburb of Strasbourg. The host let us check in early and gave us a great overview of the apartment and the transportation options if you don’t utilize a car. Strasbourg and Colmar are worthy of a five day vacation on their own. The cobblestone roads and old rustic homes and buildings are spectacular. You must take the boat tour and visit the Cathedral of Norte Dame in Strasbourg. Thanks Christine for such a great vacation!

The host, Christine, met us outside the property upon our arrival and gave us a complete tour, showing us all the amenities, which were plentiful. She even returned when a minor issue arose, solving our problem promptly. From the location in a suburb of Strasbourg, it took little more than twenty minutes to get to the quaint “Little France” old city, while offering easy day drives to Colmar and across the border to Baden-Baden. Several cafes were nearby as well as a Super U grocery/department store and gas station. There was a very minor issue with mosquitoes due to recent rains and the nearby stream, but nothing that could not be managed easily. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here in August for two weeks, with our two children (12 and 14). Apartment is very bright and airy and has pretty much all you could want. Plenty of space, good WiFi (appreciated by teenagers!) and a decent sized balcony. Only improvements I would suggest are fixing the extractor fan in the main bathroom which fell off by itself a couple of times and also the kitchen tap, which only seems to spray water, like a shower. Other than that, it's perfect! Location is very good, 10min walk to tram station then approx 15min into central Strasbourg. Also plenty of shops/bakeries within 5min car journey (probably walkable if you fancied it). Also excellent bus service right opposite the apartment block. French public transport is light years ahead of UK public transport and much cheaper, we were very impressed. Car was safe and sound in the underground garage (bit of a squeeze, we have a mid size estate car, but do-able). We visited so many places, local lake beach was great, Europa Park theme park in Germany and the water park Rulantica were fantastic, less than an hours drive and better than Disneyland Paris in our opinion. Lovely visit to the castle Chateau du Haut-Koenigsbourg, Baden-Baden very pretty. MM Park war museum well worth a visit. But best place of all has to be Strasbourg. We visited many times, including by hired bicycles from the tram station. Amazing city, beautiful and so much to see and learn. We loved our stay, beautiful weather and we didn't want to go home!

Wonderful experience in a tip-top unit. Upscale residence and amenities, great views and nice, caring welcome from the host. A bit of a drive to hit downtown (hence 4 stars rather than 5 on location) but the upside is you get to practice your French driving skills, so what's not to like? Highly recommended, should be solid booked year-round.

This apartment is the best (of many) that I have stayed in in France. It is in a quiet location, was spotlessly clean, well furnished with everything working) and very comfortable. There were four adults in our party and there was plenty of room for us - and I would think that it would be equally comfortable for 6 people. The property is easy to find and has a double garage in the basement carpark (but note that a very high vehicle might struggle to get into the garage - my SUV fitted OK) with parking also at ground level round the apartment blocks. The location is good for getting into Strasbourg (15 mins walk to Hoenheim tram station, bus stop right outside the apartment buildings) and 10 minutes drive to the autoroute. There is a selection of supermarkets within 10 minutes drive (and a couple at 20-25 minutes walk). Very highly recommended.

This apartment is a great base to use to explore Strasbourg and Alsace, with an excellent tram service 5 minutes away to get into the heart of the city and the A4 auto route only 5 minutes away. It was very comfortable and secure with underground car parking and the owner Christine was very helpful and a joy to speak to which is always a bonus when renting in another country. We spent a week-long family break at Residences Beau Rivage in August and loved it. There's not much in Souffelweyersheim itself but that makes for a peaceful location with nice views over the canal. Having said that, there's a big supermarket and a Macdonalds two minutes drive away and a great boulangerie two minutes in the opposite direction. The tram stop at Hoenheim Gare is 5 minutes walk from the apartment which is a brilliant and cheap way of buzzing in and out of Strasbourg. If that's not your thing, there's a bus stop right outside the development. The apartment itself is decorated and furnished to a very high standard is was immaculately clean. We have two teenage boys and the apartment was plenty big enough for is all to relax without tripping over each other. Plenty of supplies (teabags, coffee, dishwasher tabs, etc) and all the usuals you look for on a longer break. Wifi was excellent (kids tell me it had a 40mb download speed) and there is free, secure underground parking. The balcony is spacious and was great for lazy afternoons enjoying a cold drink and watching the canal boats sail by. Christine, the owner, was great. Her email correspondence when we booked was prompt and helpful, she arranged for us to be met and welcomed by some friends because she was on holiday herself, and she speaks very good English so no problem with arrangements. Strasbourg is a beautiful city and this was a fantastic base from which to explore it. If like us you're taking kids with you then Europa Park is only just less than an hour's drive over the border in Germany. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

We had a great time in this (very) clean and modern apartment. Christine made sure everything was easy and had every need covered. Private underground parking, or some public spaces outside. I think the listing officially states one bathroom, but there are actually two full bathrooms. The area is very quiet and the water is peaceful.

What a stunning apartment! Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a home from home holiday and ideally situated between the peaceful surroundings of Souffelweyersheim and the nearby canal and the city of Strasbourg. Madame Bingler is a warm and welcoming host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. The transport links are excellent (bus a short walk away and the tram only a few minutes further) so our trips into Strasbourg were easy and comfortable. A gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. The apartment is big, bright, clean and lovingly decorated. All rooms have a very friendly feel to them and that made us feel right at home. A very warm welcome by the owner and always a swift response when you have a question. Very spacious, beautiful, well equipped and clean apartment! Kitchen is very complete. Bathrooms are superb. Bedrooms are beautiful with good beds and all have doors to the balcony on the front of the apartment. View from the balcony at the backside is beautiful! There is a double garage available for 2 cars in the basement of the complex. You can easily get there with the elevator. The apartment is about 1 kilometer from a very large supermarket and the tram station with park and ride, so you can travel to Strassbourg and back with a maximum of 7 persons for only € 4,10 a day in total. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the centre of Strassbourg! You can travel to Strassbourg from 04.30 till 00.30 by tram.

I chose this apartment after viewing the pictures and amenities online, and I especially liked that the location was just outside of Strasbourg, away from the crowds. Having the private parking garage, and a lift was a big bonus! The apartment was wonderful, and perfect for us while we explored Strasbourg. It was so spacious, homey, in a great location and really quiet. This property is immaculate and beautiful! The large back balcony went from the kitchen to the living room, with stunning views of the green space, canal, and lovely walking/biking trails. The communication before arriving and after was excellent. Christine the owner, is so genuinely sweet and thoughtful. She met us upon arrival, and was very helpful. Every aspect of your comfort was in every detail, everything was very thought out of what you might need to feel at home. It was so nice to arrive with bottled water on the bedroom nightstands, coffee in the cupboard, and in the refrigerator, water & a bottle of champagne! All was very appreciated!! There is also a fabulous supermarket just around the corner, very convenient. Our stay here was so tranquil and peaceful. I only wish we had more time to stay! Die Ferienwohnung war für uns (8 Personen 1 - 63 Jahre) sehr gut geeignet. Trotz großer Hitze konnten wir auf dem Balkon unter der großen Markise frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Straßburg ist mit Bus und Tram sehr gut erreichbar. Frau Bingler ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr großzügig,schick und super gelegen. Ca. 1km bis zum P&R Parkplatz um nach Straßburg mit der Straßenbahn zu fahren. Große Supermärkte (z.B. Super U) in Fußweite, auch tolle Bäcker und Restaurants. Und ebenfalls ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Vogesen, Schlösser, Cigoland, Maginot Linie, Baumwipfelpfade etc. zu erkunden. Auto kann in der Tiefgarage parken. Vermieter sind super nett, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Konversation im Vorfeld verlief ohne Probleme, ebenso der Anreisemodus. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und man nahm sich ausreichend Zeit für eine "Einweisung". Wir fanden eine ordentliche Wohnung vor, in der nur Kleinigkeiten den guten Gesamteindruck störten (Keine Glühbirne in Deckenlampe bzw. Lampe nicht richtig an der Decke befestigt/ ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer war der Wand entrückt und dessen Tür öffnete sich von alleine). Wir haben uns nur am Abend und in der Nacht in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Unsere Sichtweise ist deshalb eingeschränkt. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert! Anmerkung: Gäste die eine Allergie gegen chemische Substanzen haben (chem. Spülsteine in der Toilette, Waschmittelgeruch der Bettwäsche usw) sollten bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen, was während unseres Aufenthalten problemlos möglich war.

First of all, thank Christine for all her attention and kindness. From the first day of the reservation she facilitated the whole process. Thank you Christine for opening us the doors of your house. The apartment is as it's seen in the photographs. All very functional and so nice that makes you feel at home. It does not lack any detail. Although the day of our entrance had just gone another family and Christine had it ready in time (before even the agreed time). The delivery of the keys was made by Christine herself and she showed us herself the apartment with a bottle of Alsatian wine included. There is a bus stop at the front door of the building and the tram terminal at a 10 minute walk. We have spent 4 wonderful days in a spectacular place. We will return enchanted, with the permission of Christine, to enjoy Alsace and its people in another time. By the way, the views from the apartment are wonderful.Thanks Christine for all the advice and warnings. We highly recommend Christine's apartment to all those who want to discover the beautiful Alsace region and want to be unconcerned as Christine makes things much easier. We hope to return soon. Christine was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment was superb with 3 generous double bedrooms. Beautifully furnished, clean and really well equipped. The location was just a short walk from Hoenheim park and ride tram which again was excellent value, with lots to see and do in the centre of Strasbourg. The cathedral and lovely timber buildings are a must see. We took some trips out to Colmar and Obernai which are again very pretty. There is a large supermarket just beyond the tram station and a McDonalds next to that. Eating out there are numerous restaurants in the centre of Strasbourg that catered well for most tastes. We tried flammekeuche a light creamy type of pizza which was delicious. It was over 30'c while we stayed and Christine showed us her two underground garages which was great to keep the car cool. Thank you Christine for a lovely holiday.

Wir waren hier zu 7 Personen von Do bis So und durften diese wunderbare Wohnung geniessen. Die Fotos sind sehr gut, sie zeigen genau, was man bekommt. Aber erst der Live-Eindruck vermittelt den ganzen Charme der Wohnung. Die Küche ist super & hervorragend ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr gut durchdacht eingerichet und aufgeteilt - man merkt, dass es nicht immer eine FeWo war, sondern dass der Vermieter früher selbst darin wohnte. Apropos Vermieter: Christine Bingler und ihre Schwiegermutter sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit! Übergabe & Übernahme verliefen völlig unkompliziert und schnell - perfekt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal - die Tram-Station ist in ca 1 km Entfernung - trotzdem fährt man da besser mit dem Auto hin. Denn dann kann man ein Park&Ride-Ticket ziehen, mit bis zu 7 Personen (!!) nach Strasbourg und zurück fahren und zahlt 4,10€ - für den ganzen Tag! Auc Bäcker, SuperU und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. ‚Le Cheval Noir‘ ist ein richtig gutes Lokal - ziemlich genau 1 km zu Fuß einfach nur die Straße lang Richtung links, wenn man vom Haus kommt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthaöt sehr genossen und die Wohnung bereits privat weiterempfohlen.
