Great location and communication.

The location is amazing, and the communication and accessibility were wonderful. The house is also really well equipped.

The cleaning was lackluster. Lots of dirt, dust, hairs, and other stuff laying around when we got to the apartment.

Good value for the price

Apartment itself is nice and clean, in a residential area. Everything you need is ready, also a washing machine. The owner is very nice, I asked for coffee and he got it delivered shortly.

Be careful if you are traveling with a car, especially when you are driving a full size car or SUV, the garage won't be able to fit your car. (I personally think only compact cars will fit) And to access the ground parking and garage you need to get to the apartment first to get the key, which is not very convenient. We had a hard time park our car and move our luggages.

Nice location and accommodation.

It has great location, close to city center and just next to tram station. Mr. Pouvert provided everything which is necessary to enter including footages describing entrance, parking area etc. Kitchen has necessary gadgets. Clean bathroom.

New sofas in living room shall make everything better.

Nice visit in Strasbourg

The place is about 20 minutes walking from the city center, was clean, relatively quiet, although, on a 10th floor. The door to the building and the apartment were accessed via a phone app. No problem with parking on the street (at least during our stay) and it was possible to use a garage and a private parking lot.

Air conditioning would be good to have, the temperature in the flat was extreme. No balcony. The smell in the lift was quite bad. The private parking lot is quite far away from the building, hence we did not use it.

Convenient apartment

Great space for a couple of nights. Advantage having underground car park. Washing machine. No air conditioned but there were 2 fans available which were good. Using the app to access the apartment without having to have contact worked well, though we had to park in an odd spot to go to the unit to get the car park keys, but was okay for less than 5 mins. About 25 mins walk to town or the tram is only 5 mins away.

great holiday, good location

the location was perfect for us, since it’s our fifth time in Strasbourg, and we wanted something close to the tram station and universities. the apartment is ok, but it’s really dirty ( the floors), and we travelled with a baby who wanted to crawl, which was a real problem during our stay. it wouldn’t be a big problem if we weren’t charged cleaning fee 40€! also, there is no soap for example. generally the apartment is ok, should be cleaner definitely

Nice stay in a quiet area that is nevertheless easy to access the town centre.

Location was quiet but within 5 minute walk of supermarket, bakeries, bars and restaurants. Tram stop close by makes it very easy to reach the city centre. Reasonable amount of space in the flat and a very comfortable bed. Flat was clean and tidy with a good bathroom.

Had to park some way away, walk to the building and use the code to enter to collect the physical keys which had the remote control to open the parking place barrier. The same for the departure. It was a bit tedious. Sofa beds in the living room are not very comfortable to sit on. No oven in the kitchen.

Very good

The apartment was nice and contained everything needed to have a great stay in Strasbourg. It is located near the university and not too far from the central part of town. We walked to the Christmas market in about 15 minutes. The tram is also a couple minute walk, if you wish to save your energy.

We had some problems with the electronic lock system. For some reason, my phone could only connect to the system from within the apartment. My daughter's phone (similar phones) was able to connect from outside.This was a bit worrying at the beginning since I arrived at the apartment first and could not enter. The owner was able to bypass the lock system remotely to let me into the building and my phone eventually connected. I was then able to enter the apartment where a key was waiting.

Muy cómodo y bien equipado. Ubicación accesible, cerca del transporte público y con buen supermercado cerca. Estacionamiento disponible en la calle.

Una nit a la capital

Accés a l'edifici sense clau, amb aplicació mòbil. Aparcament gratuit als carrers del voltant de l'edifici.

Apartament en un desè pis, l'ascensor principal no funcionava. Pis vell reformat. Tot i ser tres hostes, només ens van posar roba de llit i tovalloles per dos. Si vas 6 persones és justet, ja que hi ha un parell de sofàs llit al menjador. Cuina estreta però equipada. Es força complicat accedir al pàrquing tot i les bones indicacions de l'amfitrió.

Due giorni a Straburgo

Le uniche note positive dell'appartamento erano che c'era il parcheggio per l'auto (sia esterno che il box anche se un pò stretto e quindi sconsigliato a chi ha un'auto medio grande) e la presenza del tram sotto casa che ti porta in centro. Comodo anche la possibilità di aprire la porta e il portone del palazzo con una app.

L'appartamento è molto più squallido di come sembra nelle foto. I copridivano sono molto sporchi e in generale la pulizia è migliorabile. Siamo andati ad agosto e poiché non c'è l'aria condizionata l'appartamento è molto caldo e abbiamo dovuto dormire con i ventilatori (che smuovevano la polvere). Al nostro arrivo c'era solo un asciugamano per persona e, dopo una discussione con il proprietario, ci siamo fatti dare altri asciugamani che però puzzavano di fumo.

La disponibilité du propriétaire. L'emplacement dans Strasbourg. La proximité des trams et autres moyens de transports en communs pour les déplacements courts et l'agencement intérieur de l'appartement.

L'absence de volet dans la chambre permettant une obscurité car les rideaux roulants ne sont que partiellement occultants. L'absence du mode d'emploi de la plaque de chauffe alors que celles du lave vaisselle et du lave-linge étaient présentes. La place de parking intérieur limite en hauteur (nécessité d'enlever l'antenne pour l'accès )

Piso con buena ubicación, pero no recomendable para personas exigentes con la limpieza.

La ubicación y el párking. El baño y la cocina estaban impecables. Los ventiladores ayudaban algo a combatir el calor.

El acceso desde el párking era oscuro, estrecho y con olor a basura. Aunque estaba prohibido a fumar, el piso, las sábanas y las toallas olían a tabaco. La limpieza del suelo no era perfecta. Las sábanas eran de baja calidad y no estaban planchadas. Caro para lo que ofrece.
