It's ok for a couple of nights.

Basic accommodation. The room was quite small, but clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was small, but modern and clean.

The value for money ratio is skewed by the location on close proximity to the Council of Europe and European Parliament.

Nice place close to the EU and International Institutions

Easy and clear way to communicate. You will receive all on the day of the arrival, anyway if you write you will get an answer literally in few minutes. Great location if you have to go to one of the EU Institution and it is not very far from the City if you wanto to enjoy the place.

The way it is built is a bit odd, and it has its limitations. There is an obstacle in the room that you won't see from the picture and the space is small, but sufficient for one person. I would argue that it would not be sufficient for 2+ people.

Nice, small and cosy, but better bring your earplugs with you.

Located 5-minute walk from the Institutions and 10-minute walk to the city Centre.

There is a one-glazed window facing the main road. I could not sleep due to the noise from cars and motorbikes. After a sleepless first night, I purchased earplugs that helped me to get a bit more restful night.

Great location. The room was very clean and confortable. Very good for the price. Instructions on how to access location were very clear.

Instructions were very clear but sent by platform Booking. Com at the Last minute. I would have liked to be advised earlier on the déposit for location of towels as I could have prepared the money. I do not have the payconiq. I was unfortunately very busy at work and did not manage to come onsite and pay to the person. The owner kindly accepted me to put cash in an enveloppe.

Perfect for those, who have business at European institutions.

It is my second stay at the property. As I needed European institutions, they are very close, very easy to reach. First time stayed in 1B, now stayed in 1A, which is even better.

Although there is some instruction how to use TV, it is impossible to understand how to operate it - I did not manage to turn it on, except for youtube... The only good thing is that I did not have time for it.

Todo perfecto. El departamento estaba en excelentes condiciones, todo muy prolijo y limpio. La zona donde está ubicado es linda, y se puede caminar a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Llegar en bus desde la estación también es muy facil. Volvería sin dudas.

A környék rendezett tiszta, szemben egy reggeliző, majdnem a szomszédban egy kis bolt, mi gyalog mentünk a történelmi városrészbe, ami szerintem könnyen teljesíthető. Az apartman tiszta, és jól felszerelt, az ágy kicsi két nagy embernek, de mi kisebbek vagyunk és össze is bújtunk, és így jót is tett!

A kulcsátvétel egy kis félreértés miatt, nem volt gördülékeny, de egy rövid telefonnal megoldódott, a telefont felvette a szállásadó és azonnal válaszolt!

Sehr schwierige Vorbereitung, sehr teuer im Verhältnis zum Angebot. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestatt

Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und nicht weit vom Europäischen Regierungsviertel entfernt.

Wir erwarteten eine Rezeption, also einen Menschen, der uns die Schlüssel gibt. Statt dessen mussten wir in einem unglaublich komplizierten Verfahren zu dem bereits bezahlten Preis noch eine Handtuchgebühr bezahlen, damit uns der Code genannt wurde. Das alles am Telefon. Es gab mindestens 5 Telefonate, in denen uns Dinge erklärt wurden, die teilweise nicht funktionierten. Als wir in den Apartments ankamen, waren die Handtücher nicht einmal vorhanden. Also wieder anrufen. Es dauerte glücklicherweise nur 5 Minuten, bis uns die Handtücher gebracht wurden. Allerdings war der Gastgeber sehr kooperativ und geduldig mit uns. Er sprach auch sehr gut englisch, so dass wir uns verständigen konnten.
