The location, facilities and cleanliness. The photo is of a view from the window.
It will be helpful to others if the host put pictures of utensils present in the apartment. If someone wants to cook, he/she will know.

La proximité du centre et de l’orangerie, le logement est presque neuf, l’équipement est complet. Nous avons eu l’appartement C finalement

Bon emplacement
Isolation sonore insuffisante (simple vitrage pour un 1e etage sur une grande avenue, porte type chambre, parois fines. Même des bouchons ne suffisent oas à couvrir le bruit de la circulation. Isolation lumineuse également insuffisante: simples rideaux non opaques.
