To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, housekeeping is included and hotel-quality 4-star linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival.
The apartment is composed as follows :
-A spacious, bright, and welcoming living area featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining space ideal for sharing moments together.
- A large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils, designed to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy full flexibility during your stay.
- Three elegant bedrooms, including one with a double bed (140x190), a second with a queen-size bed (160x200), and a third with a single bed, all fitted with storage and designed for optimal comfort.
- Two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
- A pleasant terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors, whether enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.

Located in the lively Krutenau district, you will benefit from a prime location close to shops, restaurants, cafés, and cultural venues. Just a few minutes from the historic city center, you can easily explore Strasbourg, its riverbanks, its charming streets, and its unique atmosphere.
Transport :
A private underground parking space (maximum height 1.90 m) is included with the apartment, allowing you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind.
For getting around :
- The “Gallia” tram stop (lines C & F) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- The “Saint-Guillaume” bus stop (line 10) is a 4-minute walk away.
- The “Brant Université” bus stop (lines C6 & C9) is an 8-minute walk away.
- The central train station is accessible in 30 minutes on foot or 18 minutes by public transport.
- Strasbourg International Airport is about 40 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by car.
Other remarks :

- Construction work is currently taking place in the neighboring building and may cause some daytime noise.
The apartment is available from 4:00 PM. Keys must be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a laundromat approximately 6 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Please note that the laundromat closes at 9:00 PM, so check-in is not possible after this time.

L'Académie "🙂 The location is great - just 10 min walking from the centre. Three bedrooms are very useful of U R travelling with teenagers. Two bathrooms are also the advantage. Free of charge parking is nice. Family liked balcony.
🙁 There is no air-condition which is really needed in hot days - blinders do not help. Parking place is rather narrow - we had Volvo XC 60, so mid size SUV and it barely fitted. While leaving we had to leave keys in the other destination instead of just putting them on the table. There also should be more plates and mugs - not just for one meal."

L'Académie "The location was amazing. The place was really comfortable and well equipped. Beware of check-in though. Even though instructions say self check in, it’s not really so, you have got to collect the keys from a laundromat that closes at 8 PM. We arrived after 8 PM, couldn’t contact anyone, couldn’t access the keys, therefore, we had to end up paying for a night in a hotel.
Also, Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and since it was a weekend, we could not get help with getting it to work."
