Good

The problem we had with the missing bed sheets was fixed before we went to sleep. The apartment is very spacious with a nice balcony, and a bright living room where eat, play or just enjoy your time. The presence of 3 rooms for 1 toilette and 2 shower rooms was very convenient. The wifi was high speed and we did not have any problem regarding it. The location is quite good, it is very close to a tram stop (very convenient to go anywhere in the city) and also it is manageable to just walk to the city centre. The coffee machine was just perfect to start the day.

We asked the owner whether it was possible to check in before 16:00 and the answer has been no. We arrived a few hours before the check in time, and waited until a bit before 16:00 without receiving any message with the code to get the keys. When we called the owner they told us that the apartment was already ready since a lot of time. Afterwards, we entered the apartment and only 2 beds where ready, instead of 2 plus the sofa bed, we tried to prepare it ourselves but bedsheets and blankets where missing. Additionally, the sofa bed was not comfortable at all to sleep on. If the apartment is bookable for 6 people all 6 people should have a comfortable place where to sleep. (I suggest to have a small mattress to put on top of the open sofa bed, that would improve it) At 8:30am of the last day we were woken up by loud sound and heavy smell of burned rubber coming from outside: there were some people doing renovation in the yard of the building. They stopped around 9:30 (the check-out was at 10:00). I am not sure if the owner could have asked to postpone the renovation successfully, but we should have been at least notified, in order to close the windows to avoid loud sound and bad smell. The hot water in the shower happened to finish while showering, luckily the day was not cold, so it has not been unbearable. The apartment seemed to be clean enough, the blanket and the sofa bed seemed a bit dusty. The cutlery, glasses and plates needed to be rinsed or washed before being used. I saw a silverfish, but no other insects insider the apartment.

Расположение, 2 душевые комнаты, кухня со всем необходимым. Хорошие нагревательные элементы в комнатах быстро нагревают помещение.

Уборка недостаточна, под кроватями много пыли, в шкафах нет места поскольку в них складируются пылесос, запасные подушки, одеяла, постельное белье, грязное постельное белье, какие-то старые вещи , какие-то запчасти даже не знаю для чего . Одним словом в шкафах мусорка . Мои вещи так и остались лежать в чемоданах. Полотенца очень старые и износившиеся , с пятнами . Вытяжка в туалете не работет.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, consignes d’arrivées claires et pratiques. Appartement calme. Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer facilement en centre ville. Hôtes très agréables.

Pas de places de stationnement disponibles à notre arrivée (mais heure tardive, personnes mal stationnées, somme toute complètement indépendant de la volonté de l’hôte)

Wär die Wohung sauberer gewesen wären wir wirklich zufrieden gewesen

Die Lage war gut und es war ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist soweit gut. Auch der Parkplatz ist gut gewesen.

Leider war alles schmutzig. Besteckkasten Dusche, Toilette , Toaster, Kühlschrank, Boden, Bettwäsche mit Schimmel und Blutflecken, Geschirr und Besteckkaste, abtropfen Gestell für den Abwasch sehr schmutzig, Spinnweben hinter den Türen,….

Leider nicht so sauber, 2. Bett mussten wir selber beziehen, Check in erst ab 17:00 und trotzdem dreckig und Handtücher waren auch nicht bereit.

Apartamento con Cocina completa y no muy lejos del centro

La distribución de las habitaciones. El comedor, una ducha y una cama estaban juntas, en la misma habitación. En la otra habitación están la tele el sofa y otra cama.. Edificio viejo y con un ascensor pequeño y de poca confianza.

Celkově hodnotím ubytování jako skvělé. Hlavně stran možnosti parkovacího místa a prostorného bytu.

Umístění apartmánu bylo skvělé. Kousek od tramvajové zastávky. Od centra jen několik málo minut chůze. Klidné ubytování. Parkování vozu na slíbeném místě bez potíží, kousek od ubytování. Uvnitř čisto, postele přiměřeně pohodlné.

Heslo ke schránce s klíči a další potřebné informace pro ubytování by mohl majitel zasílat dříve. Ulice, kde je vstup, je jednosměrná a pokud člověk nenatrefí na volné parkovací místo, brání při vykládání zavazadel dopravě. Zvlášť když musí ještě na informace čekat. Na obranu majitele, heslo a informace k ubytování odeslat téměř ihned.

Nous avons apprécié les 2 chambres séparées, les 2 salles de bain, les toilettes séparées et la cuisine équipée moderne et séparée ainsi que le parking. Le tram n'est pas loin et permet d'être au centre ville en 15 minutes. Uns haben gefallen die 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, die 2 Bäder, die getrennte Toilette, die getrennte moderne ausgestattete Küche und der Parkplatz. Die Straßenbahn ist nicht weit entfernt und bringt einem in 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

Nous avons été un peu étonnés du bruit venant des enfants du jardin d’enfants quand ils sont dans la cours mais cela n'est qu'en journée et seulement pendant une durée limitée. Le canapé-lit pourrait être plus confortable. Wir waren etwas erstaunt über den Lärm von den Kindergarten Kinder wenn sie im Hof sind, aber das ist nur tagsüber und nur für eine begrenzte Zeit der Fall. Das Schlafsofa könnte bequemer sein.

Très bon séjour à l'occasion d'une fête de famille.

Le confort, les deux salles de bains, l'aménagement, la propreté. Appartement très fonctionnel. Balcon-terrasse à l'abri, appréciable. Proximité bus et tram.

Pas toujours de place libre au parking indiqué. La vue plongeante de la terrasse sur le cabinet dentaire. Manque un micro-ondes dans la cuisine.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, bon accueil!

L’emplacement et les deux salles d’eau. La deco est sympa et les pastilles café étaient bienvenues : merci ! Le parking à deux pas : super ! La terrasse (même si, vu la saison, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter 😉)

Le canapé-lit peu confortable pour deux adultes et plus d’eau chaude pour les 2 dernière douche du matin (nous étions 6) .
