dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de papier toilette en arrivant et s'apercevoir qu'un des toilettes est HS... sinon l'appartement est très bien avec du potentiel. il est vrai que le prix ne peut guère être beaucoup plus élevé au regard de la qualité des équipements.

Große gemütliche Altbauwohnung und wohnlich möbiliert, nachts sehr ruhig, gemütliches Café/Bäckerei nebenan. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus!
Eine Wohnung für Männer, Frauen hätten Kleinigkeiten bestimmt kritisiert, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen..aber gute Kapselkaffeemaschine (2)

L'espace de l'appartement, l'odeur des draps propres et des serviettes propres.
Le stationnement tout autour est payant. Le frigo a des bacs cassés et il est rouillé. Le four est vraiment pas terrible et j'ai pas tout regardé. Les toilettes sont tout noirs dans le fond. Un toilette est hors d'usage. Cet appartement à un beau potentiel mais il n'est pas au top de ce qu'il pourrait être.

Lage und Gastgeber sind großartig! Der Gastgeber spricht deutsch und ist wirklich sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Außerdem ist das Appartement riesengroß (!) und an sich wunderschön mit Stuck und kleinem Balkon richtig hübsch.
Die Sauberkeit war leider richtig schlecht. Hatten eine Kakerlake in einem Schlafzimmer. Viele Haare und einfach alter Dreck in allen Ecken und Ritzen. Das mindert den Wohlfühlfaktor extrem. Ein Fenster in der Küche zerschlagen, mit Papier abgehängt, Backofen defekt, Geschirr dreckig.
