The food in the restaurant tasted exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable.

I could hear the person in the room above me snore very loud all night. The television only had 2 channels that spoke English.

I was very surprised when I was asked to pay room rent at the time of checkout. I told that I already paid through booking.com, then the lady at the counter checked again and then she said that room rent is paid but the breakfast is not. I showed my booking.com reservation that breakfast is included then she checked again in her system and this time she found out that breakfast is included. I was very upset with this hotel and booking.com disconnect. By the way, the lady spoke only German.

Check-in on Sunday was difficult, Wi-fi was horrible. Bed was not great, shower low pressure. No fridge in room.

disappointing.

Nice clean rooms and handy for the autobahns

I have stayed here on 3 or 4 occasions, they have all been fine,and I had chose this hotel because I could use the restaurant,. On this occasion I was unable to use the restaurant because of ,I presume, covid restrictions. I fully understand the constraints this has imposed , but staff could have dealt with it better. On asking for a table, I was told they had no room, even though there were a lot of free tables, that were spaced away from others. I asked if I could come back, only to be met with a shrug of the shoulders and a could not care less attitude. The lady who dealt with me perhaps should try a customer awareness course. As I said, I understand the limits put on us all by the virus, but there should be no limits to treating people properly. A smile and a decent attitude go along way to keeping people happy and onside, unfortunately the hotel failed at this point.

Very comfortable

We couldn't get to the hotel before the check-in hr. However, they were kind enough to arrange everything for us so we could check-in without any problem. The bedroom/bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good

Für den Mietpreis haben wir mehr erwartet.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee allerdings an beiden Tagen miserabel (der koffeinfreie war voller Prütt, der koffeinhaltige in der Warmhaltekanne bitter vom langen Stehen)

Das Zimmer war zwar modern aber äußerst karg eingerichtet, kein Kühlschrank, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher. Keine Garderobenleiste, um Jacke oder Tasche usw aufzuhängen. Das Badezimmer war modern eingerichtet, allerdings mit einer Glas-Schiebetür. Daher war es nicht möglich, nachts das Licht im Badezimmer anzuschalten ohne das komplette Zimmer zu beleuchten. Außerdem war der Lichtschalter mit der ziemlich lauten Belüftung gekoppelt.

Schönes Zimmer mit Aussicht. Netter Empfang. Günstige Lage für meinen Besuch in Koblenz .Beim Frühstück stand schon eine Kanne Filterkaffee auf dem Tisch. Da mußte man nicht wegen jeder Tasse zum Automat laufen

Das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich und ausreichend.

Gleich vorweg: Wir halten uns öfters in Koblenz auf und haben das Hotel nur gebucht, da unser Lieblingshotel ausgebucht war. Die Bilder in Booking.com haben uns einen anderen Eindruck der Unterkunft vermittelt, als wir tatsächlich vorgefunden haben. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und ohne besonderen Komfort. Das Bett war zu weich und durchgelegen. Das Bad war winzig mit Dachschräge. Der Fernsehempfang war während der zwei Übernachtungen miserabel. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig. Auch auf dem Flur hört man jeden Schritt. Beim einchecken wurden wir mit Gleichgültigkeit und ohne ein freundliches Wort empfangen. Auch beim Frühstück warteten wir vergeblich auf ein "Guten Morgen". Die Plätze mussten wir selbst auswählen. Das Personal wirkte genervt. Der Check-Out verlief routinemäßig durch die "Chefin", ohne ein persönliches Wort wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat oder ob wir zufrieden waren. Nach dem Motto: Geld/Karte her und Tschüss. Wir kommen auch bestimmt nicht wieder.

Goed hotel, maar ontbreken van lift problematisch

Geen lift en de kamers konden niet op een lagere verdieping gereserveerd worden, weinig souplesse bij personeel. Trappen waren steil en lastig voor ons oudjes. Kregen wel hulp bij het vertrek met onze koffers.

Gemütlich und schöne Aussicht.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon. Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig und klein. Aber man hatte genug Platz zum verstauen. Anreise nur mit Auto zu empfehlen sonst zu weit weg vom Zentrum.

Herrliche Auszeit

Ruhige Lage, toller Blick und herrlicher Pool. Das Frühstück war ordentlich und ausreichend. Die Busse fahren in Laufbähe ab- der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend 😉

Wenn es etwas zu mäkeln gibt - das die Schiebetür im Bad immer von allein wieder zu ging und man sie nicht feststellen konnte. Vielleicht noch das es für 2 Personen nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer gab.

Een prima tussentijdse overnachting van onze reis van Praag naar Nederland.

We konden 's morgens terecht om te ontbijten en dat was goed. Auto gratis parkeren op het terrein is fijn. Het tweepersoonsbed had goede matrassen. De kamer was netjes en schoon. De mensen waren vriendelijk, maar kwamen ook gestresst over.

Het bed van mijn zoon was niet klaar, dat werd snel opgelost. Het was een bedbankje die ik niet lekker vond liggen. Voor een kind is het wel voldoende. Voor een volwassene niet. We konden niet eten in het restaurant dus moesten na een reis van 7 uur op zoek naar een restaurant. Er is geen koffie en thee faciliteit op de kamer. Dat ben ik wel gewend van andere hotels. Het zwembad leek op de foto veel groter dan in werkelijkheid. De mensen waren vriendelijk, maar kwamen ook gestresst over.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Staubablagerung auf Kanten, Spinnweben und abwischbare Flecken auf dem Waschtisch. Die Betten waren aber völlig in Ordnung.

Hotel staat in een woonwijk er zijn geen eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving. Ik vond de prijs stevig voor wat je krijgt.
