Location was excellent. Our son was sitting his MSAT exam in Derry campus of Ulster University so apartment was so central to everything.
Traffic noise at front area of apartment. Also lift was not working so it was difficult for my elderly mother to climb stairs due to her COPD. But other than that all was excellent from start to finish of our stay.

Location was excellent, a short walk to the city centre, a mini market just around the corner and a great view from the front windows across the Foyle river. On site parking was a real bonus.
Unfortunately the lift was out of order and the stairs were playing havoc with my knees, However we were told about this beforehand.

The equipment and facilities in the apartment were good and it was good to find some cleaning materials. The location is convenient for the train station and a short walk from the city centre.
The apartment is located on a busy crossroads at one end of the Craigavon Bridge which is the main crossing point to access the city. Consequently it was so noisy that you could not keep the windows open.
