Quiet central city location. Good value accommodation. Easy and inexpensive daytime parking nearby. Short term and night parking in street outside.

The apartment is I bit shabby and dated but was clean and very comfortable.

Great apartment super close to the centre. Perfect location yet very quiet. Apartment had everything I needed for the short time I was there. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and entry was straightforward with the lockbox. Good value for money given the location.

This was a great space. Lovely little place with clear and easy instructions how to get in and out. Perfect location.

The party in the flat above starting 3am until 6amish every night above us was insufferable and tiring.

Great location but needs to be clean,even to a basic standard

Good location

The cleanliness, kitchen is basically unusable for self catering as I cannot imagine anybody would be happy to cook/eat using the cooker that is there, the fridge is also not suitable for use(freezer compartment is completely frozen over and the general state of the fridge), the bathroom is also in a sorry state, the shower curtain most definitely needs replaced as the dirt is ground in, not somewhere that makes it nice to have a shower or just to freshen up.

Great Location but Dissapointing

The location couldn’t be beaten. The double bed was comfy and the bedding was good quality

There’s quite a few standards of things that I think could be improved. It’s the most expensive digs I’ve spent on the last year tour, was hoping for something a bit more luxurious. The single bed in the other room wasn’t really that comfy it was an extremely thin mattress. My colleague didn’t have the best time sleeping. The water pressure in the shower is rather poor and the shower curtain is extremely mouldy. Then WiFi does not not reach the bedrooms which was problematic to watch something in our rooms. There’s also no signal as it’s a bit of dead spot The property could do with a big deep clean to be of an acceptable standard, the hallway and rooms smell quite musty, and we’ve been smelling it on my clothes since leaving. The washing machine wasn’t working on arrival, and although a new one was sorted a couple of unexpected visits from delivery and electricians (especially while I was in the shower, wasn’t ideal). But we did appreciate a new one being sorted (and we had access to one next door). The oven is very old and the saucepans had to be really scrubbed before being used. Overall the price is quite high, all our other colleagues paid a lot less for quite a better standard of property.

Comfortable, value for money, central stay in Derry

The location was so central it couldn't have been closer, the street it was on was lovely and when the heating was on the place warmed up very quickly. Very convenient, neat and tidy. Perfectly spacious for two people.

The internet didn't work in the bedroom. The neighbour left the front door on the latch even when you closed it which was a little concerning. The master bedroom was a little damp so we had to keep the heating on most of the time. There weren't any plugs beside the bed.

Perfect location - cheap and cheerful

Location superb - near everything and a short walk home - up the steep hill, within the city walls and near all the good restaurants and pubs

Appartment is dated and no fresh air to run through - only just suitable to cook in - little things like a good toaster, shower mat to step out on, egg cups would all add to value of stay - otherwise it suited our needs and was cheap and cheerful, with an hours parking free outside. The Bishops Gate carpark for overnight - go back for 8.30 in the morning

I would recommed this place to stay David is a lovely guy and apart from the iron situation perfect

The location couldnt off been better. Right in centre of town.

It could be a little noisy althoguh this was no issue for us. Our biggest problem was there is no iron. This meant I had to go to a nearby hotel to have my clothes ironed which was a niusance.
