The apartment was dingy and in places dark. The rug in the hall rose up at one end and I tripped over it twice. It’s dangerous. I was unable to tell whether the bed linen was clean. The toaster did not work. There was no tea towel in the kitchen. The flat needs redecoration, and the shower corners treated for mould.

Cheap and mostly cheerful although property could do with some deep cleaning and maintenance.

Basic flat which could be described fairly as cheap but functional. Easy check in having been supplied the key code from the host via Whatsapp. The flat was located in a good location with a lovely cafe and welcoming pub right (Campbell's) on the doorstep and only a 10-15 minute walk across the river into the main City Centre. Car parking on street free in evenings/overnight - several car parks nearby offering parking during day time hours at reasonable rates.

The place could do with a thorough/deep clean and some modernisation, maintenance and decorating to bring it right up to a decent standard, although this was by far the cheapest accommodation we found in Derry/Londonderry so its very much a case of you get what you pay for. Pictures shown are a reasonable reflection of flat although some elements of property are in a worse condition. Not a real issue for us as it suited what we needed (mostly just as a base and a bed for the night). Bathroom/shower could do with a good revamp - fittings are tired, electric shower isn't great and there was no working extractor fan. Kitchen appears old and falling apart. Windows are stiff, difficult to open/close and could do with replacing. On a main road as well which may not favor some but for us was not a problem.

Great location but very basic student type accommodation.

The location was the best bit and the host was quick at responding. Easy to get into apartment. Great amount of space in the flat and rooms and the heaters worked really well and kept the flat warm.

The noise of the traffic from the bedrooms, the very obviously well used bed line and towels, the student like accommodation - the whole flat is really in need of a refurbishment, there wasn't hot water for most of the time and the shower had very little power and all elements were rusty. There was left over bread still in the cupboard from the last guest.

Great location but very very basic.

The location was ideal and great.It had everything you needed there. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

It was very basic, the shower head doesn’t work and won’t stay up, there are missing cupboard doors, the seals on the windows allow a lot of cold through and also the noise is continuous. The Wi-Fi is literally non existent and drops out every 5 mins. Very very basic.

A great weekend with friends and a great place to stay.

It was a 7 minute walk from the train station, so central to restaurantsand the historic sites. My friends kept congratulating me on finding such a great place. Very comfortable and clean. For an apartment which is great value for money it excelled.

The apartment was immaculate comfortable & homely feeling fully equipped with everything that's needed and more , and Location is perfect too , the owner was friendly and helpful and also my daughter left behind her Nintendo in the apartment and didn't realise til we got home and the owner went and got it for my daughter and drove it to belfast to us👍🤩 thank you so much 😊 I would highly recommend this we enjoyed our stay

Great spot for four people close to the centre of Derry. Lots of room and a comfortable lounge. A short walk across the river to get to all of Derry's charming city centre.

Apartment is on a busy street traffic can be noisy and parking is a bit of a nuisance there are restricted times on street there are however pay and display car parks nearby .
