Property is really nice and in a very good location close to all local amenities and isn’t too far away from train station and shops
Would highly recommend booking this place if staying in Derry & the owner is very responsive when replying to messages
Tv in the living room could possibly do with an upgrade to allow watching Netflix etc but other than this wouldn’t change anything else about the property

The price of the flat was reasonable, and it is in a prime area of Derry so easy to access the city centre and shops. The staff were responsive to queries, however the key lockbox code was incorrect and during my stay there was a leak in the roof. These were both sorted quickly and didn't impact my stay. The flat was comfortable and warm.
I booked a flat with the intention of cooking my own meals and using the location as a flat and not a hotel room. Unfortunately the general crockery, cutlery was poor and the kitchen area didn't feel clean on arrival. There is significant use of wall plugins/febreeze to cover smells. There was also fairly limited cooking equipment and the general facilities with this respect were poor. On reflection booking a hotel room in a chain in Derry may have been a much preferred option, as I didn't use the facilities once.
