Its nice but I expect more :)

The room sizes vary; some are very spacious, while others are more compact. Having a kitchen in the unit is very useful

The beds are smaller than expected, and the mattress is too soft, providing little support for those with back pain. Additionally, the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher and was missing some basic cutlery. For my last stay, the air conditioning does not work as expected and it was hard to warm the room.

Very clean room and very quiet. A lot of space and very nice bathroom.

Although I have a car of regular size, it could not fit into the inside parking. Parking outside was in any case available.

The fact that the parking lot was always full (they said that was already booked) and we could not park our car inside, even though this was the reason why we chose that hotel. However there were free parking spaces available at the street nearby the hotel.

The location is great. There is a tram station just across the street, the city center is less than 20 minutes away by the tram. The room is very spacious, comfortable and there is a smart control. Modern appliances, coffee machine and a kettle.

Coffee offered on 1st day of stay only (and only 2 for a room for 4). Towels cleaned everyday (unnecessary) but bin not emptied once.

On a Monday morning at 7 a.m. was noise made by a neighbor who was digging in front of our window and balcony.

Good hotel that needs some minor adjustments to service.

Very neat and clean. Our family of four did not feel cramped up - there is enough space in the room. The location is optimal right next to tram and bus stops. We could even walk to the SBahn (around 14min).

We were given a room for disabled which meant no shower glass and various omissions like no bedside tables. Kitchen space was very small. We requested that the room not be cleaned but someone did come and took half of our used towels without replacing any. When we realised it on the morning we were leaving we had to share two towels between 4 people. The beds only had duvets, no loose sheets - which is needed in summer time.

My best hotel roo in Europe

I booked this room for 2 people for €81 and what value! It was a beautiful service apartment type of lodging. We checked in late so the property reached out to us to let us know that the reception closes at 8:00. So we were given the access code for the main door and our room as well. Once we arrived at the closest bus stop, it was easy to find the hotel and enter. When we walked in we really questioned if this was the room we booked since it was such a deluxe type of room. It was a really fancy studio apartment with a huge balcony. There was a really comfy bed with a huge TV. There was also a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a Nespresso machine and coffee cartridges so we could make some good coffee for ourselves in the morning. There was also a table with chairs so that we could eat comfortably. The whole room’s controls could be done on a panel near the door and it was so swanky. The lights also could be dimmed. The bathroom was so clean and big. They provided towels as well. I could go on and on how good this place was but just know it’s a very good deal if iou book in advance for multiple people.

Great stay for great value.

Very spacious, modern room with mini kitchen and great bathroom. Airconditioning worked well. The accommodation is situated on a very busy road but we asked for a room on the other side of the building which was quiet. Its important to reserve a space in the garage as parking on the street is not easy to find. We took the tram into the centre of Heidelberg which was very easy to do. Would definitely come back again.

All good, comfy bed, friendly staff, nothing more needed for my stay.

Value for money, clean, comfy bed, convenient parking, very helpful staff - we had a special requierement with parking and keeping our bikes in the garage- they offered great solution, then I left a blouse- they let me know. It was a good experience, I recommend.
