Very nice Hilton hotel, spotless romms, nice stafd and good Breakfast. The only thing to critizise is the parking Garage: die to small parking lots, many spots that seemed free were useless because others paketd that badly that they have taken up too mich space..this way, easily 7-9 places got lost and thearage was full. I had no chance to park with a BMW model 2 and had to park oitside on the street....

Only wish the staff would have informed us that the breakfast would cost more if we did not opt for it when checking in. Recently refurbished hotel. Although not in the historical centre, it is in a good area, with plenty of restaurants and shops, and the benefit in good, on-site parking (suitable for a low/wide car). The bed was a little small, but the room was otherwise excellent. We were bothered by someone playing loud music in the night, the staff dealt with it well and offered to change our room.

It's hard to beat a Hilton Hotel. This hotel is very clean, the location is perfect, and the bar and breakfast were great. We were very comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay. I would always look to book a Hilton Hotel, they are all fantastic.

I’m a Hilton member and was initially told there were no rooms available, but they quickly found a room for me and even gave me access to the exclusive lounge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had. The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to Old Town. I highly recommend Hilton Heidelberg and will stay here again if I return.
