    We booked this place mainly because we wanted a place with air conditioning available but in the name of air conditioning all we got was a fan.

    Made a last min booking so we could have Aircon. Agoda advertises all rooms with Aircon but this is FALSE , only half of their rooms have AC. I called ahead to clarify I would get a room with AC but there was still a lot of confusion at check-in. Ended up in a smaller room than I booked with no amenities (no kettle, no coffee , no iron, no hotel phone , etc) with AC that broke at 6am my last night. Staff were very friendly but ultimately the facilities are low tier.

    Very kind staff, comfortable and cosy room, very warm in winter, and an absolutely amazing location. It was great, would definitely stay again. (the only thing I would change: add some tea&kettle in the room)

    We booked a room for two and specified this when making the reservation, but we were given only one towel. The front desk is open until 8:00 p.m., so there was no one we could ask for a second towel. The towel rack is very dirty and dusty. The floor was dirty, and there was dirt on the fan blades. For some reason, they gave us different pillows: one regular and one orthopedic. Also, the mattress was very soft for my taste, but that’s not a downside of the hotel—it’s just a fact.
