You get what you pay for, I guess?

The location was great, near all the tourist hightlights, breakfast was decent, price was quite low.

The room was filthy. It probably hadn't been cleaned in a long time, they just made the bed, put some fresh towels and that's it. There was dust everywhere, the previous guest's contacts were still on the floor, carpets were stained everywhere, it was gross. There was no staff except during breakfast, and we partly booked this hotel due to the wifi that was included, but it did not work on any of the four days we stayed there. Even though the price was low, we did expect there to be some kind of hygienic standard.

Awful stay, not a family place to stay.

Seemed clean but the lack of staff monitoring the facilities at night made it horrible to attempt to rest. It was loud inside and outside the facility. My family and I were woken up at 2 am thanks to a group of guys staying in the facility who started yelling. Also at 4 am drunk customers were talking and laughing extremely loudly in the hall next to my room until they decided to go into their room. Awful experience and will not stay in the facility again or recommend it to anyone.

Toilet in the plywood closet

We arrived in the hotel and thought, well not super modern, but it has kind of charm. Arriving in the Room, disaster struck. It took us a few minutes to find out where the toilet was, well,,, it was hidden in the plywood wardrobe.. yes, you read it correctly. It is literally in the wardrobe. Then, the shower 🤣🤣🤣. It was in the middle of the room, 1m from the bed. No privacy here if you wanna take a shower. - No decorations - Carpets are old - NO Waterboiler - TV places in a useless location. Cannot watch it from the bed - No Fridge

We felt completely uncared for.

I would have liked the hotel (great location) if I would have received the keys for the booked rooms.

While facing an issue in accessing the keys, nobody could be reached to explain and help. For evening arrivals, the reception is managed by an external company and none of their employees whom we called several times was able to explain how to get the key of the second room (we could access only one). They could not reach the property either, nor was Booking.com able to reach anyone. In the end, we all had to sleep in one room (instead of two) and managed to find sheets in a closet in the corridor. Nobody apologized the day next for the lack of support, nor even tried to call us back to know how we managed the issue at night. They seem even reluctant to repay the room which we did not use !!! I hope they will at least have that honesty, failing any care for us.

Self check in ridiculous, Security poor - front door unlocked. Keycode to get key but only wooden box to leave checkout key. Staff we did see were not happy.

Really good value for money

The property is really good. I had low expectations due to the reviews in google, but it did surprise me. The property has everything needed for a nice weekend, the location was optimal to move around the area.

Breakfast was amazing, we are vegan and for the first time we had really rich vegan breakfast in the hotel. The are of the hotel was amazing, saunas are exceptional, the swimming pool that was placed both outside and inside was great. The rooms with the balconies were nice and spacious.

I missed a possibility to store food in a fridge, as we are on special diet and had to bring our own food. The bathroom is directly in the room and the toilet is basically a wooden closet.

Unwelcoming, with a nice view.

The location along the Fernpaß is beautiful and easy to reach. The sleeping area of the chamber was nice and the breakfast was of good quality.

The parking is very limited and it doesn't even provide a possibility to unload the car in front of the hotel. Parking is on a supermarket parking along the road. The building exterior has the charm of a haunted mansion and the entrance is hidden away along the side. The entrance should be locked with a keypad, but it isn't, so everyone can easily enter the building. Because there's no staff in the hotel, the eerie atmosphere continues with empty desks and bad lighting. It's the backrooms IRL. The rooms are big, but why is the room hallway also the bathroom? And why is the shower lined in wood? The shower is molded and smelly because of this. Add al if this together and it's clear that the hotel is overpriced.

Pleasant hotel that we have stayed in many times before the change of ownership.

Breakfast in the hotel was good. Staff in the morning for breakfast were very helpful and friendly.

No staff to meet you in the hotel. No staff around if you had a problem. We arrived in the evening to find that there was no cot in the bedroom. When I booked the hotel, I rang to check that they could put a cot in the room. Then I rang a couple of days before we left to make sure the hotel knew that we needed a cot. When we arrived and there was no cot, I rang Key One for assistance. I was told that I'd have to wait until tomorrow when they would make sure the cleaners sorted it out. Thankfully, my husband looked around the hotel and found one in a press! Outdoor pool was never open.

No, it was a ghost town. Didn’t feel safe in the property at night, no one around for assistance.

No staff, if you did see a staff member they didnt want to speak to you just head down and walked off. No way to get extra pillows, towels, toilet rolls etc… a very uncomfortable stay.

Great location in lerrmoos for skiing and relaxing. All in one for a good price. Great value 4 money

Amazing location in Lermoos. Very nice wellness area and great breakfast. They also have a game room in the basement but we only found it on our last day. Very nice staff in the mornings.

It was a bit weird overall to not have a receptionist. We always had to wait until the morning if we had an issue or question. The rooms in the old building could use a new paint coat. Likewise the wet saunas could use a bit of renovations. Lastly some instructions in English in the wellness area could have helped us.

The location is nice and the value of the money is good. I would say that breakfast didn't had a such a diversity in things but is OK. Also the parking is a bit small but there is another parking aside. Check in was great at any time so no worries for that and the view was great with nice beds and spacious room and terrace . I felt good and welcomed with warm bright rooms!
