Caring and personal service, top stay in Ehrwald!

Very personal and caring service from ALL of the wonderful staff. I felt like I was visiting dear friends with the amount of kindness and consideration given to my needs. There was nothing they couldn’t do, with a smile. My single room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfasts and dinners were a delight. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This hotel is just a gem in the Tiroler Alps! The location and atmosphere, the luxury facilities, wonderful food, and such kind people all far more than could be expected. This is truly a 'Romantiek' experience made possible by the family Spielmann.

Unfortunately not the relaxing stay with nice food we payed for.

Nice location and clean, staff friendly

Unfortunately the food was not at all enjoyable and the water in the shower was cold. After a long day of skiing we wanted to take a nice hot bath which was not possible. Unfortunately the bath tub was one of the reasons I booked a room there and payed more than in other hotels. The staff didn’t pay for bough attention to what was missing on the breakfast buffet (glass bowls).

Way too expensive for what it offers

Details in the house

The room very spartanic - cold and boring interior especially in contrast to the details around the house. Food was good but there are much better options in other similar hotel la. Service ok, not very friendly. Feels like mass production when they serve dinner in half boarding option. Too expensive for what it offers. Even for a small white non-shedding hypoallergenic dog we had to pay €35 per night. Every night!! And no, there no special service included for the dog.

Gorgeous hotel and grounds at the foot of the Zugspitze. Staff were exceptional - kind, friendly, helpful and always on the lookout to make sure we were having a good time. Great recommendations for enjoying the surrounding area. Meals were fabulous - great local selections.

Spielman catered for every need. Very friendly and attentive staff. Lots to do during the day, hiking, cycling, swimming paragliding, tobogganing, cable cars and a wonderful spa to help relax your aching muscles at the end of the day.

Zeer Goed hotel met enkele minpunten die met weinig geld perfect kunnen opgelost worden

Het personeel en de hygiëne waren top, zwembad geweldig. Eten zeer goed, ontbijt was ook top, zeker met de versgemaakte eieren en spek. Waar je kan kiezen wat je wil spiegelei, omelet met kaas, tomaat, enz.... inloopkastje in de kamer was zeer gemakkelijk

De kussens van het bed waren zeer slecht, de slaapbank op de kamer voor het kind was extreem hard, een gekneusde rib aan overgehouden, terwijl dit met een fatsoenlijke topper gemakkelijk kan opgelost worden. Nu hebben we de extra dekens en de kussens van de tuinstoelen er ondergelegen maar dar is eigenlijk onwaardig voor zo een prijzig hotel. De lavabo liep niet meer vlot door op kamer 209, ietwat vervelend, wat je niet verwacht in dit hotel.

Wunderschönes Geburtstagswochenende in traumhafter Umgebung.

Wunderschönes Hotel vor toller Kulisse mit super Ausstattung, leckerem Essen, sehr nettem Personal und tollem Spabereich.

Schade war, dass der Pool ein bisschen zu kühl war. Und ein Whirlpool wäre klasse. Aber das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Tolles Hotel in atemberaubender Natiur

Das gesamte Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön in absolut toller Lage. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (auch in sehr guten Hotels nicht unbedingt selbverständlich) das Essen abwechslungsreich und sehr schön angerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden gerne wieder kommen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich noch. Ein Schuhputzapparat am Eingang wäre super, um die Wanderschuhe etwas zu säubern.

Toller Aufenthalt

Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich mit viel Holz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Großzügige Saunalandschaft, schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Zugspitze, großer Garten zum Verweilen. Hervorragende Küche, Bar zum gemütlichen Ausklang am Abend.

Da gab es nichts was man bemängeln kann. Das einzige was gefehlt hatte war vielleicht eine kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Wasser war aber vorhanden .

De grote gastvrijheid in dit rustieke hotel was bijzonder. Evenals het fabelachtige uitzicht.

Er valt nergens iets op aan te merken. Wat wel opvalt is dat het diner vrij lux eten is. Hoe goed het ook is, je moet daar wel van houden.

Sehr ruhig, genau das wonach wir gesucht hatten. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir hätten uns eine bequemere Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer gewünscht. Die Couch war ‚akzeptabel‘ - also nicht ‚gut‘ - und der Couchtisch (ein nicht besonders großer Baumstumpf) war deutlich zu klein. Da hilft auch das üppige Bad nicht, wenn die Couch einfach zu klein ist.

1a Sportmassage unter freiem Himmel! Sehr freundliches Personal. Omeletts in Rekordzeit und sehr lecker, ebenso das Tiramisu. Lage top. Nachts schön ruhig.

Kurzurlaub in den Bergen 🏔️

Die Lage des Hotels am Fuße der Sonnenspitze, der äußerst geschmackvolle Wellnessbereich mit Blick auf die Berge und der Pool sind wunderbar! Das Personal gibt sich große Mühe den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

Der kleine "Eck"-Balkon und der eingeschränkte Blick vom Zimmer aus auf die Berge. Außerdem der Zigarettenrauch des Nachbarbalkon, der regelmäßig morgens und abends ins Zimmer zog... Leider...
