Great value for money, amazing food, exceptionally kind and welcoming personnel

Incredibly friendly personnel, exceptionally clean facility. The dinner was divine, we enjoyed variety of menus over the course of our 6 day stay. The staff was wholeheartedly kind. Location is great, to start off a hiking route or for a run without the need of a transportation. Our 3 year old child was super happy with kids menu offerings (which is way better than only chips and burgers - something we were looking for), and also the kids playground and playroom were really nice to entertain her during our stay. I would definitely come back if I’m visiting Ehrwald again.

We have good memories of this clean, comfortable hotel with good food beautiful views of the Alps.

The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, delicious and creative meals and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We were impressed by the variety of pastries and snacks provided in the afternoon and we enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and elegant spa.

We were awakened at 7 o'clock each morning by vacuuming in the halls (until we finally complained.) The bathtub/shower in our room was very slippery and difficult to get in and out of (high sides and small opening to pass through) and we both ended up falling and hurting ourselves in it. The wifi in the rooms was very unreliable. For a four star hotel, there were not many amenities provided in the rooms, such as shower caps or a laundry bag. (If you remember to pack all of this, it wouldn't matter). It would be nice to add a real jacuzzi in the spa area.

Superschöner Blick auf die Bergwelt

Der Empfang und das Check-in war sehr herzlich und hilfreichend. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig mit angrenzenden großen Balkon mit sensationellen Blick auf die Bergwelt. Die Betten wohltuend und das Bad sehr schön. Die Nutzung der Sauna war sehr entspannend und die Atmosphäre sehr einladend. Es wurde Halbpension angeboten, das Abendessen ein 5-Gang-Menü, sehr schön angerichtet. Zum Kaffee wurde Kuchen und auch deftiges dargereicht. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer riesigen Fahrradgarage unterstellen.

Frühstück

Wir können uns den guten Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass die veröffentlichten Fotos der Zimmer nicht im Entferntesten unserem entsprachen. Es war ein sehr kleines Doppelzimmer mit alten Möbeln, einem neuen aber nur 1,60m breiten Bett und sehr weichen Matratzen. Eine Duschtüre war nicht verankert und fiel mir beim Duschen entgegen. Ein Schockmoment! Wir haben für dieses Doppelzimmer € 209 für eine Nacht über booking.com bezahlt. Bucht man direkt bei dem Hotel spart man ca. 1/3. Was ist das für eine Preispolitik? Unsere Beschwerde vor Ort wurde mit einer achselzuckenden Arroganz entgegen genommen. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie was perfect voor een wandel vakantie in de bergen. Mooie, ruime kamers. Ontbijt voortreffelijk. Het 5 gangen menu ´s avonds is een aanrader. Juiste hoeveelheden en zeer lekkere combinaties. Steeds keuze uit 3 hoofdgerechten. We komen zeker terug!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub!

Sehr schönes Hotel, super gelegen in Ehrwald. Sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse. Hunde können auch mitgebracht werden und erhalten beim Empfang einen Napf, Leckerli und ein Handtuch.

Der Wellness Bereich hätte früher öffnen und länger offen sein können. war leider nur von 16.30 bis 19.30 Uhr offen.

Het eten is voortreffelijk. Elke avond 6 gangen culinaire gerechten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime parkeergelegenheid met elektrische laadpunten. Heerlijke sauna!

Voor ons waren de bedden te hard, maar dat is dus echt persoonlijke voorkeur.

Super Hotel für einen Radurlaub

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut und die Lage war top. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sport-Garage. Hier gibt es alles, was man auf einem Rad-urlaub benötigt - Werkzeug, Waschmaschine für die Sportkleidung, Waschstation für die Räder, Equipment kann erworben werden... Super!

Mooi hotel in het centrum van ehrwald

De ligging van het hotel is super, 5 minuten van de zugspitze en ehrwalder alm skigebieden met de auto. Ook de skibus stopt voor het hotel. Ontbijt was goed

Avondeten 5 gangen menu misschien net iets te veel van het goede... er waren lekkere gerechten bij maar hangt van de menu af.
