Beautiful room, sound-isolated and great location.

Location near the village center and close to the bus stations. The sauna and the pool were very good. The room was very stylish, spacious and sound isolated. The restaurant was very good. Underground parking and excellent ski equipment room.

The rooms do not get cleaned during a week stay. The sofa bed was less comfortable.

Great stay directly at the Zugspitze, with the best view at it. Comfortable apartments and very spacious. Nice sauna area

The pool was just warm which was a little bit uncomfortable during the cold winter time. Stayed there for two nights and there was no housekeeping.

Lights in the kitchen were not good. Cooking in the darkness was a bit hard. It was very warm week, so were the bedrooms. A/C could have helped - or possibility to keep windows open - now we couldn’t because of the continous tobacco smoke coming from the next balconies.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful place.

Spa & pool excellent. The grounds were maintained very well. The apartments were to a very high standard & looked amazing. The location was brilliant & the views were spectacular. The staff on reception were very friendly & helpful.

The pillows were too soft. Would have liked an iron in the apartment. The apartment could be a little dark at times, more lighting would help. Went for dinner one night. We booked for 7pm & we didn’t get the main’s until 9pm. When they arrived 2 were wrong but the waiter wasn’t taking any responsibility & we were too hungry to argue. Seemed like they were short staffed.

Cant warm bread in microwave. I like my crossaints hot in the morning and i prefer to have breakfast in my apartment. The fact i could not warm them in the microwave in the year 2023 without setting off the fire alarm and the fire brigade showing up outside a few minutes later blows my mind. I mean i can warm crossaints in my microwave at home so i dont know why they dont just change the microwaves in the rooms.

Superb

The apartment is really spacious, has 2 terraces and great views. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is great too. There's also a sauna complex with a proper sauna (hammam, bio sauna, infra sauna, outside hot sauna) and an external pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice too, probably one of the best places to eat in Ehrwald. There are indeed ski lifts nearby, but in December you need to go by bus or by car to Zugspitzbahn for some proper snowboarding and real snow :) Garmish Partenkirchen is just 20-25 minutes drive, there you will find great bio shops (Das Bio Paradise), many restaurants and shops.

The synthetic blankets are really bad. Please change them for the natural ones, they don't cost a fortune. It's really hard to sleep under the synthetic ones, it ruins thermoregulation and literally gives nightmares. We had quite bad sleep in the end, even though we both sleep well, especially in mountains. The Wi-fi connection was a little bit unstable, but for the Christmas holidays it didn't matter in the end.
