The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was beautiful with a view of the glacier from the balcony. Breakfast was super. All staff was well-trained and the room cleanliness unparalled. Large ski room, spacious rooms that are skier friendly.

- the location a few steps from the train station was great
- the staff was nice and helpful
- great storage for skiing equipment
- good breakfast
- great waterpressure in the shower
- we really enjoyed our week long stay at the hotel

We don't like the surprise that we have to pay extra money for free city bus, which should be disclosed when booking, not at the time of check out.
The food was much less value than we expected.
