Cozy, well-equipped apartment, friendly staff

We had a great stay. The staff was super welcoming and helped us feel at home right away. They are available and helpful. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, as well as very clean. Location was good, optional parking was useful, several restaurants nearby including in the hotel building itself. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a concern that the nearby train station would cause noise or disruption, but it was actually unnoticeable and did not cause any interference for us.

Excellent property, central, nice Mountain views, very modern and well equipped with everything needed. Even had a few complimentary washing tabs/pods for the dishwasher/washing machine. So clean and very stylish. Great communication from property with instructions and really friendly and helpful reception staff who sent me links by text with local visitor information/attractions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay at Moun10

In short the Moun10 apartments are great. I case someone might have a concern about the railway station with regard to noise pollution we found this NO issue at all, I had some concerns when booking. But trains drive very slow and it's a local station so the traffic is limited. The apartments are located central in Garmisch which is very practical. German cuisine, well lets say it's not Italy but the apartment has everything to prepare a good meal. Last but not least the staff is friendly and very helpful

Nothing, maybe one slight improvement. Some hotel/apartments nowadays have hard and soft pillows. This would be a nice addition.

An exceptional accommodation in the heart of the city.

This was my second year visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and I already knew exactly where to stay! Just like last year, the apartment was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. The staff were once again extremely polite, warm, and always helpful with anything I needed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, making it especially great for longer visits — it really feels like home. I also recommend the Moun10 Eatery on the corner, which serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect Apartment in a Great Location

Perfect stay in apartment 39 at Moun10 Urlaubswohnen ,Really helpful and lovely reception staff. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with a great view from balcony. Conveniently located next to train station.Great location just a short walk from the center of Garmish-Partenkirchen. It was our second stay here and will be back again.

The location. The staff, especially Natalia because she showed us around our apartment which was very helpful. She even telephoned a restaurant for us to see if there was availability.

I wish they provided more toilet paper. They only provided what was initially placed in our room.

A lovely place to stay in Garmisch!

I loved my stay here! This apartment hotel in Garmisch is a true gem. The location is convenient, the apartment is very modern and spacious, and it has everything you might need. I especially loved the stylish design, excellent facilities, and stunning mountain views. Great value for money—I’d definitely stay again and can recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to base your Garmisch vacation

This is a really great space to base a Garmisch vacation. It is well situation with easy access to everything you need and right next to the train station although you never hear the trains. It has very cool design and is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We have stayed her twice and definitely would again.

Lovely, comfortable place with great views and kind, attentive staff.

Really helpful and lovely reception staff. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with a great view from balcony. Conveniently located next to (almost in!) train station. The sounds from the rail station did not bother us, as the soundproofing seemed effective.

We were given an apartment with a shared balcony which was divided only by wood, and the neighbouring family were noisy - so it was not as peaceful or private as we had hoped for. An option for twin beds would be good.

Nice place very close to Garmish-Partenkirchen HBF only for short stay (less than 2 days)

1. Location is great! Markets, restaurants are close by. Although it is just beside the HBF, the rooms are well-build and new and hence no sound. Small kids will enjoy the view of trains with no noise :) 2. Heating is good. 3. Stuff is good and responsive, arranged baby-chair when asked. 4. There are two functioning bathrooms having two showers and two toilets which is good for larger families. 5. One can get the mountain view from the terrace. 6. There were just sufficient numbers of complimentary dishwashing tablets(7), washing tablets(2), coffee beans, tea bags for a total of 6 nights stay.

1. Rooms are not properly cleaned, there are a lot of dust, hair etc. before we moved in and there are no ways to clean it. 2. Some essential kitchen utensils (eg peeler) are missing, there are no cleaning facility which makes longer stay slightly difficult. There is no proper cleaning tools like vacuum cleaner, sweeper etc. 3. Most importantly the wifi is terrible! Extremely slow, sometimes connection is not available! 4. I never experienced anywhere in Germany to keep 200EUR security money (it is okay but came to me as surprise. I expected it to be mentioned on their advertisement clearly). 5. There is no privacy on the terrace between two consecutive apartments. 6. There is no toiletries except hand-wash

Great place for a good and fair price!

Very friendly and compassionate staff. Was sick for most of my stay, so I got to have a lovely look at the accomodation! All was fairly new and properly stocked. Great spot in the city (next to the train station and in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen). And thankfully there was a nice coffee machine!!

Early trains are a bit of a buzz, but once you close the window there is no problem!

**EVERYTHING** The location of this place is simply unbeatable! The room size is great, and it was sparkling clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Despite being next to a railway track, the room was extremely quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to assist. They proactively asked us about kid's high chair with tray and delivered it immediately to our room The room had almost every amenity you could wish for, and all of them were of top-notch quality - from the fully-equipped kitchen, to the iron and ironing board, utensils, coffee machine, washing machine, bedding, and even electronic curtains! It's clear that everything was thought out carefully - from how guests will arrive, to what they might need in their room. The planning was truly impressive, and they had already considered all possible scenarios.

Nothing I have no complaints. I liked everything. Only improvement area which I can think of "Security deposit" return process should be fast. :-) Its been 4 days but still I am waiting for it to be back in my account. I am not worried about it as I am sure Moun10 team will take care about it :-)

Great aparthotel style property next to the train station

Communication prior to our trip was expedient and helpful. They offer a private parking garage (€10 per night) for those with a vehicle. There is also an attached Mount10 Bakers cafe and bakery for those seeking early morning breakfasts and coffee prior to sightseeing or hiking in the area. You are within short walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The property seems new, modern and in very good condition. Rooms are better described as suites or apartment style units with living rooms, kitchens, washing machines, terraces or balconies with outdoor table, bedroom and bathroom. Pictures you can view on their website and booking.com are correct depiction of what you can expect to find at moun10. Beds were comfortable and sofa can pull out into a bed for 2 additional people. Lighting, wifi and all amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room worked just fine. There is loads of space to get comfortable and make a bit of a home while in GaPa.

Do note that there is no in-room safe nor A/C in the rooms. However, you can open window in the bedroom and the sliding door in the living room to your terrace or balcony which can be useful if staying during warmer months. No salad spinner in the kitchen No soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms.
