The apartment was like new with excellent facilities. It was clean and comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy 2 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the ski train. There were a range of restaurants within easy walking distance and even more within a 15-20 minute walk. The front desk staff were very helpful with all of our needs.

1. Location is great! Markets, restaurants are close by. Although it is just beside the HBF, the rooms are well-build and new and hence no sound. Small kids will enjoy the view of trains with no noise :)
2. Heating is good.
3. Stuff is good and responsive, arranged baby-chair when asked.
4. There are two functioning bathrooms having two showers and two toilets which is good for larger families.
5. One can get the mountain view from the terrace.
6. There were just sufficient numbers of complimentary dishwashing tablets(7), washing tablets(2), coffee beans, tea bags for a total of 6 nights stay.
1. Rooms are not properly cleaned, there are a lot of dust, hair etc. before we moved in and there are no ways to clean it.
2. Some essential kitchen utensils (eg peeler) are missing, there are no cleaning facility which makes longer stay slightly difficult. There is no proper cleaning tools like vacuum cleaner, sweeper etc.
3. Most importantly the wifi is terrible! Extremely slow, sometimes connection is not available!
4. I never experienced anywhere in Germany to keep 200EUR security money (it is okay but came to me as surprise. I expected it to be mentioned on their advertisement clearly).
5. There is no privacy on the terrace between two consecutive apartments.
6. There is no toiletries except hand-wash
