Incredible once in a lifetime stay

Absolutely amazing stay, took my hubby here for his birthday and we were blown away. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, we made full use of the e-bikes everyday which were free of charge. The staff were lovely and helpful, and even gave my partner a birthday gift and cake which was such a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet blew us away, and the all inclusive lunch and dinner were really tasty. The spa facilities were amazing too, and always so quiet even in peak summer.

The only flaw would be that the room was very warm wirhout air conditioning however we mentioned this on our second day and within 10 minutes the staff brought a huge fan to our room. Overall I wouldn’t have a bad thing to say about our stay , we loved it.

fantastic hotel with unbelievable scenery.

amazing hotel - loved it. The pool and spa area was great. stunning views from the pool and garden. The opera playing, light show sauna was a particular highlight. The food was beautiful - we went half board and we weren’t disappointed.

Just one small thing - no coffee or kettle in the room. but you did get free coffee in the sauna to make up for it.

Brilliant wellness stay!

Beautiful facilities, amazing food, the staff were unbelievably friendly, any questions and queries were answered promptly and with utmost professionalism. Couldn't recommend more. Good value for money also.

There was almost nothing not to like! I suppose the selection of freshly made egg dishes at breakfast could be bigger (e.g. to include poached eggs or pancakes) and if the porridge were made fresh that would be great (when I asked for it it came from a box).
