Everything was nice clean and definitely the four-star hotel. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

No interest in the hotel was a little bit hard to find, and it will be confusing. The older woman at the reception can be a little bit nicer. So that tension should be on the reception.

Great modern spa hotel in a perfect location for skiing and exploring the Grainau area!

Very modern hotel with a nice sauna area. Staff were very helpful and kind. They had a ncie selection of varying pillows which was nice. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the short 6 min drive to the zugspitze lift. Also a ncie bonus is there is a travel card that you get when you register for check in that gives you many free things in the area, pool, ice skating, train etc. Was a great bonus we did not expect!

Everything was great. Maybe paying for parking is a bit unnecessary, but I guess you can't blame them. At least there is cheaper parking outside 4.50 or in the garage for 10.00.

Relaxing stay at Eibsee

Sauna was very good, there were a lot of guests when we came but still feels private enough. Breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel is very clean. The service is also fast and very attentive. Really worth it for the price. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent stay to explore Grainau

Gorgeous property right on a lake. Very comfortable rooms, well planned and relaxing bed. Breakfast had good variety and taste. Worth it. Loved this hotel, will definitely stay again. Plenty of walking paths and cycling paths around the forested area.

Breakfast was delicious, a good variety to choose from. The evening cocktails were also delicious. Staff very friendly. Loved the free welcome gutscheins. The view from our room was just stunning.

This was our second visit, we enjoyed our stay but we noticed some changes from the first visit. They removed the fan we had in our room the first time. The fan was much needed as the temperatures were in the high 80s to low 90s degree Fahrenheit every day. The room was very warm. Also there was a stench oder from shower that should be looked into, makes the room have a slight bad smell.

Enjoyable stay in a quiet location with fantastic facilities.

Great location, short drive to must-see tourist locations. Quiet and peaceful area, and bonus, free parking. Friendly staff, excellent selection in the breakfast and dinner buffets, fantastic spa services. Beautiful bar with large selection of cocktails and other liquors. Spacious room with great view from balcony. Good layout of bathroom and separate toilet. I enjoyed the stay very much.

It was awesome

Serene location, beautiful lake view, fantastic food, specially desert at the end of dinner is awesome. Though I am halal food eater, I didn’t find any difficulty regarding food. Morning breakfast used to be fantastic which keeps you going for the whole day. Dinner starts at 6 pm and the spread is awesome. Every day variety of fish, vegetarian food and much more to offer. Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice gym to workout and then nice tea at the sauna station. You can have a nice view of lake, sit with loved ones on the bench which is next to lake. If you are hiker and love to do sports, there you go, you can go for hiking and enjoy your evening.

The Badersee behind the hotel was a great view and place to relax and enjoy the nature. You could also enjoy the view while having your breakfast from the terrace of the hotel. One could easily get to Lake Eibsee by bus which was just a few steps away from the hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful which sums up that it was a very good service. We loved the sauna and the huge lounge. Not to forget the amazing choice of breakfast you had there, just yummy!

The only thing missing was a mini refrigerator and/or small kitchen or just a kettle with tea and coffee. Therefore I find it a little too expensive.

The view and location was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great distance to activities like Eibsee and Partnach gorge. It was nice to have the dinner option available - also good restaurants in nearby Grainau.

the view from our room was amazing. from the balcony, we could see the lake and the mountains. the breakfast was great and so was lunch. we did not eat dinner there. the room was very comfortable with plenty of space. no complaints about the room.

the parking was strange. it’s advertised as free, but there are very few free spots available so we wound up paying for the garage, which was only 8 euro (not bad really). also some of the elevators weren’t working and no one helped us with our bags.
