Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very romantic location, great skiing and hiking opportunities, if you’re up for that one. Great selection for breakfast, magnificent dinner. The spa was very pleasant.
Some people might find beds too soft, otherwise all perfect.

Everything was nice clean and definitely the four-star hotel. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
No interest in the hotel was a little bit hard to find, and it will be confusing. The older woman at the reception can be a little bit nicer. So that tension should be on the reception.

Very modern hotel with a nice sauna area. Staff were very helpful and kind. They had a ncie selection of varying pillows which was nice. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the short 6 min drive to the zugspitze lift. Also a ncie bonus is there is a travel card that you get when you register for check in that gives you many free things in the area, pool, ice skating, train etc. Was a great bonus we did not expect!
Everything was great. Maybe paying for parking is a bit unnecessary, but I guess you can't blame them. At least there is cheaper parking outside 4.50 or in the garage for 10.00.

Nicely located close to the Zugspitze. The Badersee is very picturesque. Great view. Playground for children.
Noisy room facing hotel entry. Had to keep windows shut with no airflow nor AC.
