Lovely hotel, the owners are really putting an effort to keep it so nice and clean!!

Love the location and cleanness! Amazing apartments and the kitchen accessories!

It was not highlighted that the apartment will be in the different building, walking with hotel slippers thru spiky stones was a nightmare, use the salt for pedestrian pathways, keep the stones for car parking. Communication with the hotel staff was not the best, calling my directly to move the car 10cm to the right, just because the ice and snow was not fully removed from the pathways, it's a bit intrusive, there was no emergency.. Outdoor sauna didn't run as expected within the mentioned timeframe.

Relaxing

Summer stay. Chose it for the swimming pool, which was nice and big enough to swim in it (my watch said 28 C). The hotel was in a quiet road away from traffic and I could sleep here very well. The garden is a nice place to sit in in the summer and offers a fantastic view of the mountains.

Our room was rather impractically furbished, so we first had to find space for the room's equipment before putting ours somewhere. But not all rooms are like that (based on pictures).

Very small bathroom with shower box wrongly installed (in the corner rather than on the side), this leaving a very tiny space to shower.

Friendliness of the staff is amazing. Attention to detail in the house. Cleanliness is outstanding. View from the room on the mountain is breath taking.

For early skiers breakfast starting at 08:00 is late.

great place for a romantic getaway

breakfast was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was enjoyable as well as lounging around the grounds and taking in the beautiful view. the location made it easy to take the bus to the Zugspitze and there was plenty of parking as well.

there was drinking water at the pool on the first day but then it wasnt there anymore on the following days. besides that, everything was great.

Great place to stay close enough but also far away enough from Garmisch

Great pool and view of the mountains when you are swimming. Beautiful patio and relaxation area behind the house. Very close to the Zugspitze Mountain and Garmisch-Partenkirchen The spa area is fantastic and one of the saunas is on the outside of the house and has a window with views of the mountains Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Nice treats and tea in the afternoon Some really nice restaurants nearby Very nice personnel in general Peaceful and quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac

The hotel had every accommodation needed to have relaxing stay. I loved the pool and the ability to lounge outside enjoying the view of the mountain. I also enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable.

At the edge of nature.

Everything is sparkling new and everything is delineated (including rules). The hotel appears freshly renovated to the style of a spacious, bright and natural interior. Beautifully paneled wood and leather surfaces literally add to the athmosphere, while the lush green tress and hillsides complete the views. You can easily get immersed just by looking out of the window and listening to the brook. What I especially loved was the water from the fresh local spring. I can't think of anything more unique and yet more vital. I am grateful that the diligent and likeable manager, though sometimes a little strict, went out of her way to anticipate our accommodation needs. The culturally inspiring town of Murnau is only a 30 mins drive away.

It's not that I didn't like something. It's just a fun note. I average over 100 nights a year in hotels, but I think it has been a few years since I've encountered breakfast from 8 to 10 am on a Sunday. This kind of constraint reminds me of one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was in the Tyrolean Alps in the 1990s and the hotel was a dedicated skiing hotel with communal showers and no hot water. Nobody wasted time in the showers or at the table and we all skied instead. Constraints can be moving.
