It is a place I can recommend to anyone with enthusiasm.

We loved our three night stay! Location stunning. Garden gorgeous and relaxing. Bed comfortable with the best black-out-curtain which is great for sleep. The auto-light in the toilet is really convenient. Tea, coffee, hot and cold water available at all hours, and cake in the afternoons are nice. Drinks in fridge available on honor system is convenient. Recommendations for restaurants are spot-on.

Only thing I can think of is maybe more table space to put things around, like larger bed side tables and desk.

Sonny was so friendly and helpful with making plans and giving recommendations. breakfast was made fresh for us and tailored to our tastes/dietary restrictions. the decor in the house is absolutely adorable and the bed so comfortable! and there is a sweet bonus dog on the property as well :)

A must try!

First of all the hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty and no wish remained opened. The rooms are quite welcoming, everything it’s renovated in a modern style and nicely decorated. We also got a free upgrade of the room which was quite nice from the hosts. Definitely one good choice for accommodation if you visit the GaPa area.

Made for a perfect couples get away.

Everything about this location was exceptional. Sanni and her entire family went out of their way to stay one step ahead of all our needs and wants and made us feel welcomed in their home. The breakfast was a 5-star event in itself, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. They helped us with sightseeing ideas, directions, and local restaurants to get a good meal. We definitely will reserve a spot here during our next visit to the area.

Perfect, modern and homely

Thank you Sanni and family for a brilliant few days!! Everything for our minimoon was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to return. The room had everything we needed, practical and rustic/modern decoration, which I love!! The views are incredible in all weathers, but the best view is from the pool so my advice would be to be brave and a bit crazy a go cold water swimming in the pool. Thanks to Sam, the dog too for helping us to not miss our dog too much 🐶

Great guesthouse

Wow the owner and her very sweet dad were great. Breakfast was really high quality and every morning we were greeted by the owners dad who made us eggs The interior had been designed well and was a mix of traditional alpine and modern touches. Overall this was a great place and very reasonably priced for what was offered.

The wifi was a little patchy at times so bear that in mind if your plan was to spend time watching netflix.

Moderne Ausstattung! Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem und die Terrasse wunderschön!! Die eingebaute Küche und die Küchenutensilien erleichterten uns so einiges. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir waren total begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und haben uns tolle Wandertipps gegeben. ⛰️🥾 Die Atmosphäre war familiär und entspannt und das Haus ist richtig gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight mit dem wunderschönen Bergpanorama, vielen kleinen Ecken zum Entspannen sowie einem Naturpool. Sowas haben wir in dieser gepflegten Form echt selten gesehen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Danke für das wunderschöne Wochenende, den superlieben Empfang, die Rundführung von Lena, das schöne Gespräch mit Lenas Großvater im Garten, der nicht nur einen tollen Naturbadesee, Saunahütte, Außenküche aufweist, sondern einen fantastischen Bergblick auf die Waxensteine bietet. Die megaliebe Chefin, die goldigen Hunde Toblerone und Sam-Bär machten den Aufenthalt perfekt. Ein wunderschönes Appartment mit superkomfortablem Bett, toll ausgestatteter Küche, stylishem Bad mit Natursteinwaschbecken und Pflegeprodukten von La Biosthetique ließen keine Wünsche offen. Mit Liebe zum Detail ist alles wunderschön eingerichtet, es stehen sehr gute Teesorten, der tolle Wildkaffee, Naschereien, gute Lektüre, direkt beim Eintreten ins Gästehaus bereit, wunderschön blühender Garten, Fensterkästen und Balkone. Ein echtes Urlaubsparadies mit lieben Menschen, die hier etwas gezaubert haben, was man in dieser Form selten findet!

Wir sind total traurig heute abgereist, weil es so wunderschön war wir wären am liebsten geblieben.😍 Es war einfach alles Top, vom Zimmer zum Frühstückstisch bis zur lieben Sunny (mit Toblerone und Sam🐶 ) und ihrem tollen Papa. So tolle Menschen ! Es ist sehr familiär 😍 Genau das was wir so lieben. Immer tolle Tipps erhalten was wir uns anschauen können, Sunny hatte immer ein offenes Ohr ! Frühstück und die Zimmer (sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet ) mit wundervollen Ausblick auf die Berge einfach atemberaubend schön! Danke für diese wundervolle Woche, wir kommen definitiv wieder !

Das wunderschöne Haus in perfekter Lage. Die liebevolle und durchdachte Einrichtung. Der traumhafte Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen, dem Pool und dem Ausblick. Das superleckere Frühstück - vor allem die nach Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Spiegeleier/Rühreier. Die Kaffeemaschine, die man den ganzen Tag über nutzen konnte. Der tolle und freundliche Service.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, mit super freundlichen Gastgebern. Alles sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Einen wunderschönen Garten mit Schwimmteich, Sauna und vielen verschiedenen gemütlichen Ecken zum verweilen. Alles mehr als perfekt! :) Es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gestaltet. Das Frühstück war auch wieder mehr als perfekt. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft und kommen sicher wieder! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch toll.

Träume ich, oder wache ich?

Hinter den Bildern, die Sie bei Booking sehen, verbirgt sich ein wahrer Schatz. Wie ein Schmuckstück schmiegt sich das wundervolle Gästehaus Richter in die Landschaft. Straßenseitig wirkt das Haus noch unscheinbar, wenn auch ansprechend - doch nach einem kurzen Gang durch das ehemalige Restaurant, das liebevoll und mit großem Sinn für moderne, heimelige Ästhetik eingerichtet wurde - treten Sie in ein eigens für die Bewohner gebautes Kleinod. Naturbadeteich, bunte Flora, duftende Zitronenbäume, Blümchen und Gräser, dazu Naturkunstwerke gepaart mit gutem alten Handwerk: man möchte einfach verweilen, oder dies Stück Mini-Paradies in die Tasche stecken und es daheim entfalten, um es für immer zu genießen. Es ist SCHÖN. Dazu kommt die atemberaubende Kulisse, der Blick auf die Zugspitze, ungestört von Gebäuden, Verkehr oder Lärm. Es gibt auf dem in drei Ebenen eingeteilten Grundstück nur das Gästehaus Richter, die Weite, und die Gipfel. Natürlich geht es innen mit der Ästhetik weiter, Nase und Augen werden um jede Ecke verwöhnt, es duftet und gibt überall Geschmackvolles zu entdecken. All dies wäre für sich genommen schon 10 Punkte wert, aber die Gastgeberfamilie selbst lässt es sich nicht nehmen, noch ein besonders großes Tüpfelchen aufs I zu setzen. Wie lieb kann man bitte sein? Rücksichtsvoll, bemüht, feiner Humor, die perfekte Balance aus Nähe und Distanz. Der Tenor ist: "Fühl dich wie Zuhause". Für uns war der Urlaub eine 12 von 10. Lassen Sie sich überraschen, der Text ist lang...aber er könnte drei Mal länger sein, so viel gibt es zu beschreiben.

"Nicht gefallen" ist übertrieben... Ich fand nur eine Kleinigkeit unglücklich gelöst. Unser Bett war ggü vom wunderschönen Bad, doch wenn man das WC nutzen wollte, hatte man nur die Möglichkeit per Schalter alle Badezimmer -Leuchten ein oder auszuschalten. Sprich: wer nachts mal muss, weckt uU alle. Bin dann im Dunkeln rumgeschlichen. Das ist kein Minuspunkt, sondern ein Problem, das Stahlblasen nicht kennen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft.

Sehr schön und detailliert eingerichtete Zimmer. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich sodass es nicht schwer fällt sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wunderschönes Ambiente unweit der Zugspitze.

Alles war sehr schön.Die Betreuung war außergewöhnlich schön. Ich selbst habe die Krankheit Parkinson .Durch Familie Richter hatte ich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ,denn vieles fällt mir durch die Krankheit schwer ,aber Familie Richter war immer am richtigen Zeitpunkt zur Stelle.Ein großes DANKESCHHÖN.
