Great view from our room!

The view of the Alps from our room waa breathtaking! The extra window shutter was great to have to block the sun in the morning. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spacious! Everything was very clean! Victoria was very kind!

Great room - very spacious, clean, and comfortable! The location was also very walkable to the downtown area.

I wish it had a mini refrigerator to store our snacks overnight. And the woman who checked us in did not provide much information such as the wifi login, and when and how to check-out.

The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the varied breakfast selections and were pleased with the high quality of the food. The location was ideal for our needs and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. Every detail was just wonderful and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. La struttura è bella all'esterno e all'interno. Vicina al centro e silenziosa.

La colazione era poco varia e il suo prezzo di 16 euro del tutto sproporzionato. Il personale non era in grado di comunicare in inglese e ciò ha creato problemi. Il personale ha avuto grossi problemi per riaprire la cassaforte che si era bloccata.

Lage.

Schimmel im Badezimmer. Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, lauwarmes Wasser und kaum Druck. Stöpsel im Waschbecken ließen sich nicht öffnen. Geruch im Zimmer. Durchgelegene, alte Matratzen. Es wurde keine Gästekarte ausgestellt.

Für ein Wochenende kann man dort unterkommen

Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ins Umland und einen Wochenendurlaub völlig i.O. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse war aktzeptabel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und man bemühte sich dies ansprechend anzurichten.

Rezeption nur von 15:00 - 20:00 Uhr vorhanden. An MA gab es nur ein junges Paar mit dem man sich nur schwer verständigen konnte aber sehr freundlich und bemüht war (Osteuropäisch - was aber kein Kritikpunkt sein soll). Das Zimmer wurde weder gereinigt noch aufgeräumt (auch keine neuen Handtücher). Zum Ort Grainau selbst: wenig Restaurants (2 geöffnete) und "Only Cash". Das Essen im Gasthof am Dorfplatz war sehr gut

La ubicación es perfecta; con estación de bus, restaurantes, farmacia y todo lo indispensable a 2 minutos a pie :) El desayuno estaba muy bien aunque esperaba un poco mas de frutas pero todo estaba excelente 😄

Enttäuschend

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Leider hört es für uns da bei den positiven Sachen aber auch auf.

Man wurde hier leider nicht wirklich willkommen empfangen. Stattdessen wurde man gemustert und genervt gesagt, man sei zu früh da, obwohl wir einfach nur unsere Koffer abstellen wollten. Ein bisschen mehr Gastfreundschaft würde nicht schaden. Der Großteil des Personals spricht leider auch weder Deutsch noch Englisch, was die Verständigung sehr erschwert hat. Die Terasse die auf dem Vierbettzimmer abgebildet ist, ist alles andere als privat. Direkt daneben ist das öffentlich zugängliche Restaurant. Nichtmal die Tür zur Terasse konnte man aus dem Zimmer heraus öffnen. Andere Kleinigkeiten kamen hier hinzu - Uns wurde die Gästekarte per Email versprochen, leider musste ich dann während ich unterwegs war mehrmals anrufen um diese dann per Whatsapp zu erhalten. Außerdem ging die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer nicht. Last but not least ist die Beschreibung "Vierbettzimmer" irreführend - Es ist ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, auf denen insgesamt 4 Personen passen. Alles in allem enttäuschend.
