Bread service is very convenient; Location is close to ski pistes; Apartment is big enough for 4 of us Owner is friendly Walking distance to serveral restaurants suitable for family.

if there is anything to improve, it's bathroom shower. It's a bit slippery. A simple antislip carpet would help already. Bed is a bit too soft for my husband, but good for me.

A great place to stay with your family, friends, or pet.

The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation. You can order fresh bread, rolls (Brötchen), or sweet items to be delivered daily to your room. The owner was nice and helpful, made sure that you had a comfortable stay, plus he sent me home with fresh, local honey.

Perfecte locatie, ruim appartement, voorzien van alle benodigdheden

De afmetingen van de appartementen zijn perfect. Het ontbrak ons verder aan niets, in het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je maar kan verwachten van een appartement met keuken, badkamer toilet, woonkamer en slaapkamer. De locatie was ook top! Lekker dichtbij de skilift, waardoor we lekker snel bij de lift waren.

De inrichting is prima, niet per se heel erg modern maar ook zeker niet ouderwets.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Man bekommt jeden Morgen eine Morgenpost. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Man merkt, dass es sehr gewissenhaft geführt wird. Zusätzlich bekamen wir an einem Tag 2 Stücke Kuchen.

Zentral, viel Platz und alles vorhanden!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit viel Platz für Koffer, Wandersachen, Hund und mehr. Viele Fenster, schöner Balkon und top ausgestattete Küche. Absolute Empfehlung. Sehr zentral und mitten im Ort. Schöne Restaurants, Wanderwege, Gondel uvm in unmittelbarer Nähe. Riesiger Fernseher. Direkter Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge.

Hundegebühr mit 20€ pro Tag leicht überzogen. Aber damit muss man als Hundebesitzer rechnen.

Zeker een aanrader, goede accommodatie

Zeer ruim appartement, de bedden waren comfortabel. Keuken prima . douche uitstekend volgens de jongens , Zeer vriendelijke uitbater, als we iets vroegen bv wanneer we handdoeken verschoond wilde hebben ,kregen we dat vrijwel gelijk. We kregen zelfs in het weekend een lekker taartje heel attent en zelf bij aankomst en vertrek een kleine attentie. echt een aanrader

De wifi was niet altijd optimaal, maar waarschijnlijk omdat we goed gewend zijn. Of met teveel apparatuur er op zaten tegelijkertijd 😉

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung Alles was man braucht vorhanden Erstklassig ausgestattet man fühlt sich wie zuhause Und bei Fragen wird einem mit viel Freundlichkeit geholfen Die Lage ist absolut perfekt Die grubigstein Bahn ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar der nächste Supermarkt in ca 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung Parkplätze sehr sauber und immer für die Gäste zur freien Verfügung Was uns besonders gefallen hat Sind die täglichen Nachrichten vom Hause Viele tolle Tipps und Informationen Das zeugt von viel Liebe was wir sehr schön fanden Auch den Willkommensgruß fanden wir sehr nett Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt Und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen Wir haben hier den schönsten Urlaub verbracht Und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Vakantieverblijf (8 dagen) in Apart Marienberg in Lermoos

Mooie, moderne en zeer schone accomodatie. Prachtige, ruime badkamer, en keuken voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft om te kunnen koken, onbijten etc. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op de Zügspitze. De studio steeg ver boven onze verwachting uit. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die alles tot in de puntjes verzorgde. We zijn zelfs een keer verrast door 2 stukken taart bij terugkomst in de studio. Dit zorgde ook voor een leuke persoonlijke sfeer.
