The view and the sauna

-The room size
-the decoration
-the bed
-the breakfast
-the view
-close proximity to Eibsee
-the bathroom (glass partition too narrow that water still splashes out from the showe)
-the soundproofing (basically non existent - 6 am the cleaner ladies were outside talking in a normal volume but you could hear that clearly..)
-the pillow - too soft and low

Very disappointed with room very small bathroom was a struggle/diner is just one choice we would have ate there the to nights we were there but very limited menu
