Our family of five had a wonderful stay in the apartments adjacent to the main hotel. Having a small kitchen was a nice feature, and the amenities at the main hotel (one block away) were enjoyed by all: spa/sauna, play areas, and the meals at the restaurant. Mid-day ice cream, coffee, tea and sodas were also appreciated. The location in the village of Ehrwald was very convenient for walking to the downtown square, supermarket, and walking trails; a rental car was helpful for easily accessing the ski lifts located further away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful – thanks for making our spring ski trip most enjoyable!

The experience has been quite good.
A big inconvenience was the check-in, because of the staff, two people and none of them speaking english, only german.
We had a problem with the bath tap, and we were worried because we didn't know how to communicate it to the staff, but luckly the following day we found a nice girl at the reception, who perfectly spoke english and they solved our problem.
The apartment was clean and the kitchen very useful for light dinner after a tiring day.
