WE loved your hotel -we were looking for a real old world german hotel and yours was PERFECT super convenient for our daily excursions to Innsbruck and surrounding areas-the fireplace lounge was amazing every day to unwind and enjoy a coffee and interact with staff and other guests-your restaurant was very cozy and breakfast and evening meals were wonderful-we would absolutely return for another visit-the outdoor pool in the snow was something we have never experienced before-HEAVEN-A SPECIAL SHOUT TO THE SPA STAFF-ROBYN was amazing and my wife massage was first class-we were able to park right in the back which was VERY CONVENIENT!!!
