Attempt assault on a 3 year old by hotel staff

What began as a nice holiday, ended in an traumatic experience. A staff member of the kids club named Daniela attempted assault on our 3 year old son due not speaking German and so didnt understand what the woman was saying in German as he speaks English and Dutch. Although making notification with the management and trying to come to an solution, none of them showed any care or to solve this in a proper way.

Please be careful with your kids when staying here, their safety isnt guaranteed with the staff although claiming to be a childfriendly hotel.

A perfect family getaway in Austria!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

The reception is manned only up to 21:00 in 4S hotel! The mini bar is normally empty and you have to specifically order it in advance if you want it filled.

A wonderful hotel.

We loved our stay. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness. Better than some 5 star hotels. Secondly, the staff were really lovely and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much and cant wait to visit again. The food was of very high quality and were always satisfied. Great dessert selection at dinner too.

Nothing I did not like. Just wish they a hairdresser on site.

We stayed two nights. The room we booked included kitchenate. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with minimal set of items. There was no microwave or an oven. The Spa is excellent! The facilities were exceptional and the service was great. The stuff was really helpful and tried their best to assist in any request.

Thw Wi--fi was very poor. There were times there was no reception and our phones could not connect to the web. We got room #101 which was in the corner of the hotel. From this class of hotel I expect good Wi-Fi connection.

Perfect, one of the best holidays ever!

The food was wonderful in all days we stayed there. The room is big, very clean and cozy. The swimming pool and sauna are amazing. The team was always very helpful and friendly. The view from Zugspitz is is astonishing!

I have absolutely nothing to complain. I can just recommend the Hotel to everyone.

Das einziege was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war der pool. Etwas in die jahre gekommen. Passte nicht mehr so gut zur modernen und sehr schönen hotel anlage.
