Great experience! Really friendly staff, good room, nice dpa, and delicios food. Really loved the huge chees buffet and lunch options.
Coffee quality could be improved. It was decent, but not on par with the rest.

Fantastic Breakfast, awesome Spa and Family Spa, nice pools, good location, fair parking, Balkony, Play rooms for children, evening program, etc.
Meat selection in half-board dinner is way too much pork. No alternatives included in halfboard. Steak and Wiener Schnitzel costs extra. Massage is only acupressure on trigger points instead of actual massage.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, beautiful balcony view, heated floors, perfect bathroom, coffee in room, and meals were delicious! Wonderful staff!
Outdoor pool couldn’t be used by my mature teenager with me, only 18+…kinda a bummer. Indoor jacuzzi not very warm water and crowded with kids swimming with masks.
